That is usually the best way to ease in; you can then monitor how hard it hits and adjust a bit.
Start with 3 mins and go up if you can handle it
Lol sometimes 3 mins itself gives me headache. Lot of shit to work on 
Personally I can’t handle more than 1 minute of WB, but I got the sickest manifestations just running 30 seconds. So less is more. It’s ok.

By the way this actually produces very subtle but noticeable results, I just tried this I wonder if it intensifies overtime
No, I did it like regular listening schedule. Haven’t tried to run everyday.
You shouldn’t listen everyday. It should be non-consecutive days
