Exposure time is a really complex subject when it comes to subs. But most of the time it’s the next day when I can determine if the loop was too much. Occasionally I can sense it while listening, but it’s tricky.
I’ll link something Saint had talked about that might help if you haven’t seen it yet. It’s the response he had to me on here.
