I’d put it on the level of my Zero Point Terminus (Khan based) customs reconciliation when stacked with Majors.
The, ‘I’m a loser right now’ feelings and thoughts only occurs on high-powered Khan. Usually because I can do better, but there’s some hesitation or blockages. So others’ mileage my vary.

Well I just had a weird encounter.
Some guy walked past me and couldn’t stop staring, turning around every two seconds to look at me. I walked off making sure I was safe since it’s nearly midnight and he stood there for a solid two minutes staring whilst I was on the phone, so I walked back because I wanted to know why he was staring and when I got to the top of the stairs to where he was he came back to me out of no where and said ‘did you call me’ ‘do you need anything…’
I’m very confused by what just happened but I definitely think it’s down to WB and him trying to flirt or so. I don’t know who he is so why would I call him?

First I thought you were on the phone calling him, but „calling“ someone could also mean he heard you talking and thought to hear you talking to him.

Either you succumb to recon or you choose to fight it off/amend it. I rewrote what SC recommends when using DR:LD but that applies to recon as well.
