That deep unusual recon I experienced yesterday dissipated quite fast. I feel like a newborn now, in the morning.

Again, on the surface that recon was easy to manage yet on the deeper levels it felt really intense. Perhaps that indicates profound shifts on those levels. Let’s see how it unfolds.

My inner landscape is still like a bit stormy sea and I need more time to process the scripting. This is my morning off so I’m having a break anyhow. In the evening I’m supposed to run one loop of KB (st1) but let’s see how the processing goes through out the day. I feel heighten vulnerability and susceptibility to stimuli but I keep my cool despite of the stormy sea deep within me.

To amend it I want to try to do something to get more align with the scripting (socialize, for example) and avoid doing things that are in its opposition like looking for isolation, for example.

When recon hits, fake it (try to mimic what the scripting is supposed to accomplish) till you make it.

Yeah, it’s worked. It was enough to stop listening to the insecurity thoughts caused by the recon and set my intention on feeling into my new role (WB’s John Wingliss) and playing it for a minute or two. Then it was effortless. That’s awesome and liberating indeed. Yet I still need to mind those thoughts coming back periodically and act accordingly.
