Once I started eating better last year and got my glucose in the 70-80 range, that normalized.
I need to get back on that again.

I did a 3:30 minute loop of WB after lunch, minutes later I felt a rush of energy that can only be described as this…
I took my headphones off and I began to feel a rush… exactly as if I have taken a couple of hits of high quality cocaine. I got the mental, emotional and physical effects, but without any nasty side effects. Take note I havent done cocaine in more than 12 years.
The effects lasted for hours, I had to do many chores and I was hyper motivated, my senses were sharp as a knife, my sense of humour and confidence were super high.
Im still in a great mood… I feel like going to a party.
I feel that a part of me that in the past could only be accessed through stimulants is now fully available for me to use at will.

That deep unusual recon I experienced yesterday dissipated quite fast. I feel like a newborn now, in the morning.
Again, on the surface that recon was easy to manage yet on the deeper levels it felt really intense. Perhaps that indicates profound shifts on those levels. Let’s see how it unfolds.
