Somehow this is the sub that helps me express myself and know myself and love myself the easiest.

Been in heavy recon for like a week, then ran 30 seconds of this along with a minute each of my two customs, and suddenly I am feeling light again, I am not punishing myself with expectations of what I should be wanting in my romantic life, things feel easier once again.
No idea what that means, if the WB archetype is more natural to me than X Y or Z, or if this harem scripting is the right move for my current spiritual aspirations, but man does it feel good to stop beating myself up for having options…

WB is the first SC subliminal I listened to.
Before this, I was only using my mega pheromone combo to attract women in clubs, I heard that this audio can also help with the attraction, so I brought it and listened to it, for the longest time, this was my only SC audio.
Now after using other SC audios, had great success with LB+PS+PN, and after properly reading this thread, I would say that WB’s overall objective is actually not suited for me. Reason being that I am more of a goofball that likes fun rather than the mysterious aura WB is trying to bring out.
But I did have some result from WB regardless.
When I was using just pheromones, I would get results and attraction from ladies, sometimes even entire bachelorette parties of at least 6-10 women in the group.
What I usually do at the clubs is go by myself, then get onto the dance floor, find a group of ladies, and dance near them by myself but also keep a good distance from them. Most of the time, that is all I needed to get the ladies’ attention. This was with only pheromones.
After I started adding WB into the mix, the attraction from women didn’t stop, but instead, now we got hot model quality women being attracted to me.
While I do not have money to buy new clothes, I also do feel like my posture while walking had improved, and I felt more confident in clothes that I already have that somewhat fits WB.
Also at one point, I somehow got the idea of calling ladies that I got numbers with in the past. I called two of them, only one picked up, and after that call, for about three weeks, this girl would call me on Snapchat at precisely 10pm every night, it got a bit annoying since around that time I am mostly asleep. She hasn’t been calling for a while now, but who knows when she will start again.
Also one time, while I was in the middle of listening to WB, I don’t know how I did it, but I had a mental image of a black haired lady, wearing black lipstick, wearing black dress, in black heels, showing up in my mind. This only happened one time and I couldn’t replicate it in other listening sessions of WB, but if I were to take a guess, this lady is Jessica Black herself.
I even tried to listen to a Theta binaural first to trance myself, and then have WB follow up as the next audio playing, to see if I could make the lady pop up in my mind again, or get something else to pop up in my mind, it either didn’t work, or the Theta audio just knocked me out.
This phenomenon also happened when I was doing the massive overexposure of LB+PS+PN, but instead of a lady popping up in my mind, I actually saw a lady in my local club looking exactly like the girl on the PS box art, same hairstyle, same makeup, and even the same outfit, that lady is like what it could have been if you extend the lady shown on the PS box art to a full body portrait.
Last week, I tried running PS and WB together, 5 minutes each, listening every other day, this one is like I am invisible. Even wearing the pheromones that I usually knows would get me attention from the ladies didn’t help. I guess PS+WB is not for me.
That’s all I have for WB reports. Even though I am sure that WB is great for some people, and I had some results with it as well, but seeing how LB+PS+PN worked very well for me, with even more results than my WB runs, I think I will just shelve WB for now and go with LB+PS+PN long term.

I think WB’s self love scripting heals me so much is because it helps me to accept that part of me that delights in being a pervert and a lover of women and their bodies and their feminine expression. In my quest for spirituality I think I overcorrect and reject that part of myself as it doesn’t fit into the image of a spiritualized ascended sage. But WB lets me be me, while my LB/Sanguine spiritual custom keeps me on track to still grow morally and the Emperor/Limitless custom helps me ground into material success

There’s two ways to improve self confidence.
Let’s use money as an easier example and let’s say you’re poor.
You can either remain in poverty and do a bunch of spiritual/healing work to learn to love yourself and your poverty, love the struggle, love the nobility of suffering, and try and be SO happy that you’re a 0.01% human being that can be happy despite poverty…
Or… you can just… you know… make money.
Doesn’t have to be boat loads of money. But when you make 75K/yr you have enough that your problem isn’t being poor, it’s just being not-rich.
And if you’re not happy being not-rich and think you’ll only be happy being rich-rich… well … you probably need emotional/spiritual healing.
Same with women. Those pick up artists who aren’t happy despite having all those options are trying to cover up self esteem issues with hedonism. They need some healing. But someone who’s been struggling in the ladies department for a long time would probably do better to learn how to have at least an average level of success with women.
One reason I guess is that it creates a growth mindset. Overcoming struggles is proof to yourself that you can overcome struggles, and then when you see struggles, you think to yourself, “i’ve solved struggles in the past, no need to stress about this, i could solve this if i wanted to with a few months work and intention.”
Neitzche called the spiritual fetishization of suffering “Slave Morality” and what he meant by that was that people who are suffering glorify their suffering instead of try to lift themselves out of it.

I can so relate. For me it’s not crying, but usually more when I’m really irritated/frustrated I can’t approach. Those are the moments when I now always ask myself the questions: “Would I want to be around me right now?” and “Am I horny right now?” (not sure why but this one works for me). The answers will probably be no, and from there you could continue: “What kind of guy WOULD I like to be around right now? How can I be more like THAT? Could I? Would I? When?” (kinda stole from the Sedona Method).

anybody tried playing subs at 0.75x?
The question is: why would you want to? what do you think would happen?
It’s safe to assume they already optimized the speed, if it even matters, that is.

Some handle shorter time loops better so perhaps a different speed will be a customization that might help me? Ill give it a try and see because why not.
Maybe not the best idea. IIRC @SaintSovereign mentioned that the voices are sped up considerably. I wouldn’t risk to scramble the messages.
Microloops are not about the listening time but about the info load to process.

If anything listen to either less of it or more depending on what you are going for
It’s not like you are listening to music

These are recon thoughts man.
One of my mentors said something to me, that’s stuck with me for a very long time. He was talking about my spiritual tradition, and he said:
“What makes you think that you are qualified to improve a system that was developed to bring about a transformation, the nature of which you don’t even understand, that you haven’t even experienced?”

The moral is pretty simple. Sometimes people try and fix things that aren’t broken. Worse, sometimes people try and fix things that they don’t understand.
Imagine walking onto a construction site, you meet with the architect, and while looking over the blueprints you say: “Cut this, this, and this. It’s ugly and I don’t like it, I’m firm in this decision.” Then you walk away.
The architect listens to you. Months later the building is completed, and within a few years it starts to crumble. In a rage you find the architect, “You’re building is trash!” you say, “It’s already falling down!”
He pushes up his glasses and calmly says, “You made me remove the structural supports because you thought they were ugly. If you would have asked, I would have told you why they were there in the first place.”

You do bring up a good point with this question. Hear me out, everyone, what if, just what if, we actually speed it by 2x or even 3x, then we get to play TWO or even THREE!!! Loops but we are still within the 15 minutes of listening guidelines. Oh, oh, even better, play at 15x or more and then we can listen to like a third or even the whole library at higher speeds, INCLUDING all multistagers
