I think, it’s a scripting method not a technology. The same if it comes to version B of Ultima.

First there was v1.
Then there was v2 where others were supposed to be more obvious about their interest.
Now there is v3?!
Now is Libertine v3 meaning that Libertine v2 is now in Ultima B format?
Or is Libertine v3 a new and improved version of Libertine that is also in Ultima B format?

Is LU building on top of the direction of V2, or of V1? I recall that V2 and V1 of Libertine were not advancements in the same direction.
