Wow! What an unexpected gem
I wonder if a program like this would complement Muay Thai mastery well

I’ll be running for a similar use case. Normally I don’t have issues getting to the gym, but my schedule flipped around recently and I either have to go really early or after work when I’m drained.
Just tested for my first loop, pretty much as expected-
0 motivation to go after work today, found myself just doing it anyways.
Locked in throughout the workout, great mind/muscle connection.
Perhaps slight boost in strength, im sure this will continue to be more prevelant.
Imo, this doesn’t replace the other fitness subs, it’s best stacked. In the past, it really worked for me as a pre workout, helping me get more out of the workouts/habits that I had already built.
These new upgrades are solid!
Im currently running a custom consisting of:
Results have been smooth and steady so far.
Would replacing Anti-Recon with Beast Unleashed core cause any density issues, or take away from the executive results?
Just curious, what made you combine this into one title instead of just upgrading and keeping them as two files as before?
I know it’s mentioned on the sales page about listening time but I’m struggling to see how you can have workout energy + rest, recovery and sleep all together and it not counteract itself in the user.
2nd, if you wanted to maximize motivated intensity how long of a loop? And if you wanted to maximum rest and recovery, how long of a loop? Or does it not work that way.
I’d hate to listen to 3 mins before bed thinking I’m boosting recovery and end up unable to fall asleep due to hype.
Why should they be separated in the first place? Those are parts of a whole.
Having them separated when they were boosters makes sense, but now I can’t see a reason to do that anymore.
There are moments for intensity and there are moments for recovery. You can crank up the intensity of both resting activity and active activity.
Professionnal athletes do it all the time.
I’ll let Fire explain it tho as this is only a guess based on what I feel would make the most sense.
Joy
Whats this primal energy thingy ?
so did this version act as a pre-workout for you so far or not as much as the previous one?
Was it an Ultima or Lifecharger before?
@Fire @SaintSovereign what is the difference from legacy of the spartan, and what’s the possible outcome of combination of LotS and this title, thank you.
I am also guessing it can be used for both focus and concentration when ir comes to work, study, learning. @Fire ?
I love the art work. It embodies the union of Fire VS Saint and concludes it as one warrior who seems to harness the energies of Aeon and HERO
Now that I’m not drunk & can read.
I actually really fuckin love this. I’m going to start running it from 20th onwards with Hero Fire. I might make it a custom after a couple cycles.
With how good this, I wonder how insane EF is going to be.
How dense is this? Could I stack with Aeon st. 1 and QL 4 (likely in a custom soon)
Yep, pretty similar. I ran a 5 min loop which may have taken longer to process, but still had a great high intensity workout, slept great as well.
If you wanted it to be more fast acting I’d microloop though.
Hero stage 3 is probably better for this.
Q-Module Available (note: It’s not Ultima, we just kept the same URL): https://q.subliminalclub.com/product/beast-unleashed-ultima-core/
No, it’s a full fledged title.
Yes - very well.
Different goals here. Beast is highly specific - for maximizing action and rest, while Earth is much more broad in it’s development of physical mastery. @SaintSovereign would have to chime in here.
Physique wise? Probably Beast. Physical mastery that’s not just physique or intensity/rest related? Definitely Earth.
Why not all 3?
Absolutely correct.
Yes.
Extremely well.
I would try adding it without removing anti-recon.
We have the technology to synergize seemingly opposite concepts in a single title. Plus, having two files added unnecessary confusion and complexity to the user - having a single title that can be run makes it easier.
You can run it for however long you need/want. The benefits will depend on conscious guidance.
If you are worried about not being able to fall asleep, listen during the day - there is no strict rule to listen before workout/sleep. It’s a much more consistent title now.
LOTS is for physical shifting. Beast is for maximizing recovery and action.
HERO Earth? That would be better suited for the HERO thread.
Light to moderate. In a custom it should be fine.
Does this include external stuff like macros and diets at all?
Any Fat loss? Body refinement?
