Today I won big in court and winning keeps coming … I am deeply grateful for that sub
Why because it’s a story of intuition - logic and revelation that take 9 months at its best thanks to rom for that … I will write all the details later when I get back home 
Now I am celebrating

Let’s start this will be the whole story it will be long but this is should be written in full details to show every aspect of these situations and the profound development .
What is the proplem

The problem: A legal dispute arose when a close friend of 15 years, whom you trusted, filed a civil case against you. The case stemmed from false allegations or misunderstandings, possibly fueled by greed or personal conflict.
Underlying issue: The situation wasn’t just legal—it was also deeply personal. The betrayal by someone you cared about and trusted for so long amplified the emotional impact of the case.
What happened : my fiance was relative to theis friend . And when we broke up . It was not a peaceful broke up . Because in our community when we get engaged we buy gold for the bride . And because she is the one who broke with me the gold should be mine 
. But he was not in favour for this and created trouble while signing the broke up contract (our marriage at the moment should be around 23 days ) . While we getting out from the church were we signed the broke up contract .
He refused to say goodbye or be peaceful . And while we getting out his brother tried to make sure that we great each other but my family refused . The atmosphere was tense . The. I entered my car . And he came to my door and tried to open it forcefully and I closed the centre lock . And he was frustrated the he moved and but the door by his legs fro 2 times . Then people interfere to take him back from his anger .
My response: I asked my family that we go to make police record . They told me he was angry and there is no need to do this . 
Here I ignored my intuition and I was still dealing with naivety and if i take that step and follwed my intuition would decreased a lot of troubles
Then I get home and started my mourning for my fiance . And I realised what happened . This friend take the broke up personally . With me .
I called the Church priest who was attending the broke up and he told me that he also noticed that this friend was taking it personally . I told him . I only care about her my fiance . He told me first pray and fast for 3 days and after that we can see what happens.
I fasted and prayed for 3 days I was dreaming of her with blackness under her eyes . But this was not a big sign to make me go to her especially she is the one who broke with me . And the disrespect he showed while attacking me in my car …
At these 3 days he called me different times . To give him machines related to his business . That he was storing them with me . I told him I am tired and I will give it to you . He send me messages in WhatsApp but I didn’t write to him . My mind at the moment was formulating a way to make him regret what he did at the break up .
I decided to fast a fourth day and first time after the break up .I go to my shop . And while I was there . He came and hit me . Then get out I was freezed from the situation .
Called my sister and a friend and my lawyer … then I go to the police station to make a report … to shorten that part , that friend came to the police station after he broke one of his fingers … To make medical report against my medical report … so he can use it later and show that these injuries I did to him …
While we was there he said me do you think you are only the smart one , he tried to back mail me to pay 20 thousand to my fiance family and give him his machines …
At this moment I was still moved by my loving heart / naivety
And I told them I will not be black mailed . We resolved every thing with my fiance family and I am not owed money to them .
His family came and told him . You have only the machines and not the money . And he was still pushing me by completing the police report … Here he was never thinking in his mind that I will follow through at this moment I told my lawyer I will continue … And that means we will be retained at the cell for the morning till we go to the district attorney office … " he was not imagine that I will take that step he never sees that part of me , he only knows the softer part of me "
…we did the police report and when they asked do you have previous proplem I said no although we have the car proplem 4 days ago … and asked why this proplem happened I started speaking about the proplem about gold and the money they wanted from me after break up . Then he looked at me saying don’t enter the proplem in the police report because in our community this will affect the reputation of the girl a lot and here I accept that . And I was honest / naive and Siad the proplem happened because I have machines for him and I was tired to give it to him .
This was my first time to be retained in acell, and here I started to see his weakness
next day in front of the attorney while making anew report . I was still in my loving /naivety aspects … And I was looking to resolute with him . In front of attorney he advised us to resolute but he refused . Then the attorney started his report . In front of attorney I showed that I am ready to resolute . And my friend pride / narcissistic traits takes him and refused to resolute and in front of attorney he admitted to assaulting me and attorney was writing the report … he asked the attorney to please not escelate And he kept saying I have my wife and children please stop doing the report .
here I smelled his fear and he will resolute with me the attorney refused and told him you didn’t appreciate your friendship for 15 years with your friend . No I will not stop the report …
"The Public attorney has scheduled a court date for the misdemeanor assault case."
Synchronicity happens : the attorney report have no mention what’s all about the machines .
Legal information : attorneys report is more formal and acceptable in front of the courts . Opposite to the police reports that are having almost no weight in front of courts .
After that till the court time he tried “Let people intervene to mediate and resolve the issue between us.”
But his true colours started to be clear to me little by little his envious and what he said to my father and relatives while we were breaking up . Actually I was surprised by his change and true colours and how I didn’t see his jealousy in the past years
The 1st court case result came and we both judged by two weeks … because the judge saw in front of him 2 medical reports .
"We still have the appeal ahead of us."
in that period till the appeal “He filed a lawsuit against me for the equipment, but with exaggerated figures far beyond the actual value, based on what I told him in the police report. He’s using this to pressure me into settling the assault case and recovering his belongings.”
His lawyer called me saying your friend want to resolve with you . I told him . Talk to my lawyer and arrange with him every thing .
“In the first hearing, after the court , my lawyer stated that I must receive full compensation for the assault I suffered. So, my friend’s lawyer knew that my lawyer would demand compensation as part of any settlement to resolve the matter.”
His lawyer activated the lawsuit ،“This case has been scheduled, and it was a case of embezzlement. If the charges are proven, the sentence would be at least 6 months.”
Legal information : “The law accepts only complete and conclusive legal evidence.”“And not parts of evidence.”
At these times a new part of my personality started to be born / or being revealed … a courageous spirit , resiliency and patience
I consulted above 4 lawyers and they all said that this lawsuit is useless and you will be proved innocent .
But wory was huge so with the help of rom I started to dive deep in laws books related to theses lawsuit . To calm my mind …
At this point of our legal , I was having an option to resolve every thing . But I saw his way of blackmailing me by cases . So I respond by resolving … I told my lawyer I will resolved only through legal system . Even if the appeal didn’t accept and I will do the two weeks
Intuition : before my appeal my mind was / receiving or sensing or attracted to certain . Christian hymn about the resurrection after three days . And I was listening to it .
I did the appeal at first case and the judge decreased from two weeks till one week . And retained to the cell
And my opponent “He refused to file the appeal and kept delaying it. I filed my appeal on my own.”
Intuition : I dreamt that “Something resembling presidential or royal motorcades, where the road is cleared for them, and vehicles ahead sound their sirens.”. That lead to a palace . Were I saw in front of me 4 big white wall clock . “And the hands of the clock were moving incredibly fast.” . I walked up and I said what that means first idea came to mind that the rest 4 days will move fast then continued to sleep .
The. At the morning I get out of jail . My lawyer did something and I met the attorney and get out . And the rest 4 days sort of being cancelled .
Came the time of the “The embezzlement case.” And I proved innocent this was a good win . And in the appeal of that case the court confirmed my innocent
Synchronicity happens : The appeal of the embezzlement case was at the same day with his misdemeanor assault case appeal that he obliged to do . That was helpful in my case if I didn’t do my misdemeanor assault appeal . I will be having two case in the same day and if I was judged by the embezzlement case . I will be taken to jail .
“He is obligated to file the appeal after being arrested on the road. If you are arrested on the road and have pending cases, you are compelled to file the appeal.”.
He was judged innocent in the misdemeanor assault case . His lawyer said to the judge that he lost his machines and no need to jail him .
After that judge I was not feeling bad I was feeling good I win a also .
Through all these processes I always asked why this happens between the two of us (but this will need a new post not now )
His innocence was not a happy thing for him because it was the same day of my final innocence of the embezzlement case .
"He filed a civil lawsuit with a different lawyer after my initial acquittal, instead of the criminal case he lost. He is demanding significant compensation for the alleged loss of the equipment. He also filed it as a form of blackmail to pressure me in the assault misdemeanor case."
Intuition : “Before the officer contacts me to notify me about the civil lawsuit.”. My mind was receiving / attracted to / influenced by a certain national anthem and songs that speaks about winning Victory and so on and I was singing them passionately . Next day the officer notified me about that lawsuit .
Intuition : at this ttime I started to notice how intuition works for me . Roots are the intuition itslef the deep knowingness . The surface is the mind . The plant is the Intuition message in a clear language I can understand . In my case it was songs . Hymn or other religions verses that my mind able to grasp
Again I consulted my lawyers and there is no worry about it and I decided to keep going .
Synchronicity happens : "Because this case “hitting the car " was dismissed twice, but we submitted a request to the First Attorney General of the Public Prosecution to reopen it as a case since the evidence is clear and there’s no reason for it to be dismissed. The First Attorney General referred it back to the City Prosecutor, and I met with him, gave my statement, and spoke firmly with some anger, saying, ‘We have evidence, so why was the case dismissed?’ Eventually, the prosecution filed the car assault case in a court session.”
Intuition : before meeting the city prosecuter i was thinking will he dismiss it this time or will it be accepted . While I was in the car I found a cat holding a rat by her mouth taking him in a closed building . At that moment I knew that the case will be referred to the court and he will be judged
The judge judged on him 2 months 
Yesterday was the result of the civil lawsuit which he lost and
Now he have nothing to black mail me by he is now have 2 months
Legal information : opposite to the criminal cases were the judgement knows at the same day , the civil cases judgment takes around 4 to 6 weeks
Intuition : before I know the judgement day 4 weeks ago I was not knowing the above legal information … but there was a verses that refers that these people will regret and your winning is in the so near future .
Intuition : yesterday I was waiting for the result and i was setting on a cafe and while entering my car I discovered that the windows are open and I were leaving in the chair working papers and my keys and everything thing was in its place . This happen with me . Then I said I am protected and my world cares for me . At this moment I knew that the judgement will be for my favour .
Not just this the SURPRISE
My lawyers are now filling new lawsuit “They will file a case against him for a false report.”
Legal information : “This case carries the same penalty as the false report he filed in the embezzlement case, which is 6 months. For example, if you accuse someone of sexual assault and it turns out to be false, the accuser would face the same penalty as the alleged crime in the false report.”
