Oof, thatās a tough one. You got childhood difficulties from both parents, nothing minor at it.
Good news is that itās nothing unique; countless of men went through what you did, perhaps uniquely expressed from their environments, but similar at its core. Countless of these men are living successfuly and fulfilled lives dictates by their own terms. Countless others are in the opposite. Youāre here and youāre doing your work, so itās the anchor thatās going to drown you among the latter men.

I donāt see any official mention of aura in the copy either. When I mentioned aura in one of my posts itās just we all naturally have an aura. Itās made up of our beliefs and all that, probably not a complete description and maybe itās different for āauraā based subs.

@fire confirm please, but I think it starts in stage 1 but the very nature of the product at any stage should help. Iām on stage 4 and I have began actively redirecting even sexual metal energy into something creative.
By this, I mean I no longer catch myself fantasizing about sex, or wanting to watch porn (crazy, considering itās been years and I still have urges). Now, conscious effort does go into this, but KB makes everything easier over time.
