Meditation, especially those where you intensely focus on a cognitive subject that you want to “solve.”
4X strategy video games (right now, I’m playing Stellaris) – though, don’t use an addiction to video games as “taking action.” I only play about an hour and a half at the end of the day. Any game that requires the management and balancing of multiple variables that change based on the values of the others. Civilization. Humankind. RTS games.
