A friend thats not on the forum, has had lots of sleep issues in the past. He started using this sub and now he says he is sleeping up to an hour more per night. He didn’t go into much more detail but hes really enjoying it.

This is honestly on par with the Limitless line, arguably better since the effects are much broader than just improved learning or concentration. Literally anything that sleep plays a role in gets a boost.

Hey @SaintSovereign are you still running this combo at midday every (other) day?
If so, it’s been around 3 weeks, so wondering if you could comment on how listening to Paragon Sleep at midday has affected your sleep, and the performance of each title?
