Can Paragon Sleep help with snoring and/or sleep apnea?

My breathing during sleep seems to be slowing down, a drop in frequency is noted by my Garmin Fenix.

Also I tend to be able to sleep way longer than before - up to 9 hours in one piece.

Didn’t see this title released.
Gonna try tonight my sleep has been really extremely bad lately and dont get much deep sleep just laying in bed tired with tension and waking up tired and pissed off for lack of good sleep while feeling sleepy anytime i eat. I notice perhaps paragon healing loops have not been improving sleep as initial first few loops.
Best sleep i ever got was with spiritual things when my body felt like every cells was awakened with light and had warm electricity feeling running through me but its hard to recreate those experiences its more spontaneous

I can’t say to much about results. It’s a mixed box of chocolates.
My fiancee and I decided to separate for the nights because I’m snoring extremely at the moment because my tonsils are swollen (recovery from quitting cigarettes).
It had the effect that we both started sleeping way later then when bith of us used to do when we were sleeping together.
Maybe because there’s no one seeing us staying up late, so we can do so without having a bad conscience?
But my night started early in the morning and didn’t last for more than 5 hours for the last couple of days. For that, I’m still surprisingly fit.
Maybe this is like a reset. Realize stuff about sleeping habits and the why behind certain issues so I can tackle them head-on?

Really hoping for an ESSENCE module (or some normal modules pulled from Paragon Sleep, like we had with the many modules pulled from Executive.).

We have an infinite amount of modules for wealth, alpha stuff, productivity, spirituality etc, but for sleep it’s like deep sleep… and that’s it.

Thread must be quiet because everybody’s still asleep

That’s funny, but might be true

lol, Paragon Sleep was never the most popular title. It’s one of those things where you don’t know the effects of deep, restorative sleep unless you try it.

Also I guess the topic is bigger than just all of a sudden you have perfect sleep from just one loop… what I mean is a lot of things exist that is highly subjective to each individual… and has to processed and worked through… as bad sleep can have so many different factors from person to person… and not to forget the intuitional pings to look up better pillows, or different kind of foods or supplements, or simply get some more sunlight… etc…

Or maybe releasing tensions, emotions and internal stuff, helps a lot with sleep

A friend thats not on the forum, has had lots of sleep issues in the past. He started using this sub and now he says he is sleeping up to an hour more per night. He didn’t go into much more detail but hes really enjoying it.

This is honestly on par with the Limitless line, arguably better since the effects are much broader than just improved learning or concentration. Literally anything that sleep plays a role in gets a boost.

Hey @SaintSovereign are you still running this combo at midday every (other) day?
If so, it’s been around 3 weeks, so wondering if you could comment on how listening to Paragon Sleep at midday has affected your sleep, and the performance of each title? :slight_smile:

I’ve run a maybe half a dozen loops of this, ranging from 1m to 5m. My sleep was generally at lot worse the first week, but then improved dramatically. According to my Garmin watch, my average sleep HRV increased by ~25ms, and my sleep stress levels dropped to low. I’m also sleeping through the night instead if waking multiple times.

I’ve rolled it off now, bringing Paragon back in. I’m hoping the sleep and nervous system regulation scripting in Paragon will be enough to maintain these improvements.

@SaintSovereign @Fire Any sneak peeks for Health Protocol please? Been eagerly looking forward to it ever since it was first announced.

Noticed the morning wood is back and I’m waking up feeling ready to kick ass again.

Mood’s been way better too.

I used to wake up super early in the middle of the night and couldn’t fall back asleep. Now I just listen to Paragon sleep when it happens instead of struggling with it, and interesting enough, things have been improving ever since.

I’ve done two microloop listens so far: first 15 seconds, then 30 seconds.

The effects are already noticeable: dreams have definitely increased, and I feel less resistance to falling asleep in general.

That said, after the second listen I also felt quite heavy the next day — like I could have slept all day — with some mental fog in the afternoon.

Today would be my third listening day, but I’m considering taking a going back down to 15 seconds instead of increasing further
