That is right.
Love Bomb for self love.
Love bomb for humanity for projecting love outwards.

This strategy is so underrated it’s criminal.

Subhop like crazy but commit to ONE thing long term. Results are awesome.

I swear, every time I run a title and turn my whole world upside down it puts me into a deep existential crisis. I think to myself, what else am I completely wrong about or can’t see? Love bomb goes hard.

This strategy is why I always recommend building your customs as a “foundation,” (the most important thing you’re looking for), allowing you to rotate the other titles as desired.

Just saved as a quote in my Notebook…

You are right in that opinion buddy :muscle::muscle: that’s what my conclusion in the end also . As I delved more in reflection I am not needy for her any more so my love for her is becoming more mature more spiritual nature . Even jealousy softened a lot as my sense of worthiness and value increased . And the moments of silence between us are not bothering me any more .

I ran it today, though I felt a bit of recon because I decided to run a full loop, it was manageable (next time I’ll run 7 minutes if not 5)

I was expecting love in my limited understanding, and yet, I felt more degree of self-control, I felt grounded and assertive in a way.

Not angry or aggressive but assertive with my space and things I truly needed.

I extended kindness to someone, I was also generous with my time, my efforts, without any changes in my frame.

I gave what I wanted to share, nothing more, nothing less.

I am still processing what it is, I don’t know how to put into words how I’m feeling exactly, but I like it.

I can see how this title and cultivating this part of oneself can be beneficial to most human beings.

Didn’t think I’d classify Lovebomb as an alpha sub, but I was shortsighted not to.

This first run certainly felt that way.

Heart is a symbol of love, of affection, of kindness and of peace and yet from the same place comes courage and bravery. A symbol of romance can also be of the lion hearted.

I think I’ll spend more time with this title and absorb its lessons, gifts and insights.

In my pursuit of other things, and some of them futile, my attention on everyday hum-drums and whatnot, I have become somewhat myopic.

Perhaps what this title has to offer is what I have been neglecting for a very long time, and a big piece of the puzzle that I intend to solve about myself.

Something in me still struggles with running microloops and I don’t know why. Obviously people somehow get results but it doesn’t make sense to run something for such a short time a couple or few times a week. Makes me wish at times that there was some hard evidence.

The hard evidence is all the people getting results from doing it, unless you are going to suggest that they’re all engaging in delusion.

You can’t explain how a specially prepared audio file is capable of helping you change your life, so perhaps it’s time to simply try something new and see for yourself.

Just try it for a few weeks. If you decide its not for you or doesn’t work that well now you have your own evidence. I relate though, but I decided to just commit to it and gather my own evidence. I think for me the fear was that I wouldn’t change enough or I’d fall behind. But it’s not like hammering my head with over exposure was doing me any favors.

Clarity comes from experience

You have some ideas about yourself.
The subs ask you to consider a new set of ideas aligned with the goals you are interested in.
This kickstarts a process of reconciliation and eventual synthesis.
A microloop is the equivalent of bite-sized food that is easier to swallow and digest.
Therefore, we get results faster because there is less to “process”. Also potentially less severe recon.

Does that make intuitive sense to you? I struggled with the idea of running less than full loops too, but I’ve come around.

I’m just tired of being told I need to be patient. That whatever it is takes time.

In due respect, you are projecting. I said to be patient in demanding for us to immediately explain the differences between an unreleased product and another, which in my opinion, we have the right to do. If other people are telling you to be patient, that has nothing to do with my response. Please refrain from projecting that on to us.

My current take on microloops is similar to how if you break a holographic plate into a bunch of pieces, each piece contains the entire image still.

The image is more and more crisp/clear the more complete the plate is.

But you don’t need the full plate to know what the image is.

Then don’t be patient @James:man_shrugging: You can also decide to take massive action over changing your circumstances without waiting on the sub to “kick in” or do it for you. That’s something you have control over. When you’re asking something of somebody else however, then it’s probably in your best interest to be patient, because you have no control over their actions, no right to expect anything from them, and getting pushy is just going to make them push back.

I understand where your coming from, it sounds like you’ve been patient for a large portion of your life, but from the other point of view here it comes off like your expecting/demanding things to be on your timeline from another person, can you see why that could be perceived the wrong way?

Also being patient does not mean sit back and do nothing and waste time. Being patient means that high hard goals, the ones really worth accomplishing, do not happen over night. Most of the time, it’s a 3 to 5 year process to truly accomplish something worth while. This doesn’t mean sit back and be passive, dabble here and there, and then quite for a few months because you don’t see the results. It’s putting in massive effort and grit into that goal over those 3 years, not seeing any of the fruits of your labor, questioning whether what you’re doing is even worth while, getting kicked down, but staying ruthlessly committed to the process. It is being committed to the process, and patient with the results.

Apologies if this came off harsh, I really have a trigger when people want things right now without putting in any long term work and consistency to deserve the result. I can’t tell you how many people tell me about their business idea’s, and how their working towards financial freedom, but can’t even save $10,000 to get their idea off the ground. Like do you think the business is just going to fund it’s self, or someone is just going to come rescue your latent idea from your brain and bring it to life? I just feel like people drastically underestimate how consistent you need to show up to be successful for years on end, giving up short term gratification, status, comfort, to get what they really want. So in that regards, patience is a critical virtue. It is for that single reason that you tend to see people become succesfull in their later career’s as opposed to their 20s. The young person wants success now, they have no concept of the compounding effect that happens over the course of 5-10 years. The wise person, understands that life continues on nonetheless, and thus patiently put in the work, knowing that if they focus on the execution, for a long enough period of time, the result will surely come.

Yeah I don’t like the idea of not getting the full script too.

Great explanation. I just wonder how many people are going to understand that or even be willing to TRY to understand it.

@SaintSovereign and @Fire : congrats on creating what I will now call “holographic scripting”. :joy:
