My stack of LB, LBFH and San have been hitting really hard lately. Let me tell you guys love is such a wonderfel feeling, i went with my mother to a gathering for the people from my nation to celebrate a holiday and i was in awe for some reason. I looked around me saw all the people that i previously would give no thought to, but now I just felt a deep love for them all and i was interested in getting to know them. I felt blessed to be there and i was really happy.

People were really nice to me too. An older lady sneaked up and hugged me from behind and it made me feel very lovely. I really appreciated it and i enjoyed it more than i ever thought that i would ever have. It kinda shocked me honestly. If that would have happened before it woulda just made me awkard and i would want to run away.

Love really is amazing. I want to be a becaon of love and spread it the farthest corners of the earth. Everybody deserves to receive it and feel it.

I did not say it is beyond their power, I am saying they won’t. If titles get stronger in power, you can only process so much in a day and so it is a logical conclusion and not an attempt to undermine their skill, expertise or “power”.

I know you didn’t say that, but saying things like “definitely” and “they won’t” seems a bit presumptuous don’t you think?

Sure, the subs are getting stronger, but I’m sure they’re also looking at things like recon and hard gainers. Just making the subs stronger may, MAY produce more recon and hard gainers.

Never say never, and don’t presume to know what someone else will do. They might just surprise you. :wink:

We are focusing on efficiency rather than “power” for many of the reasons mentioned above. Smooth, consistent and steady results rather than trying to force some massive breakthrough that ends up with the individual lost in recon.

Does LB has the scripting around laughter like LBFH?

From my own experience I suspect not since this effect was very pronounced when I listened to LBFH in comparison to when I listened to LB.

Could you do a quick tweak to LB and include it if it’s not there?

Oh I see that I’ve been tagged quite a while ago. It is an interesting question though, so I try my best to give an answer that seems to work for me most of the time.

I guess I don’t know anything about unconditional self love. But I do see the interplay between self acceptance and self development. They are not exclusive. Quite the contrary. Self acceptance is saying: “everything is perfect as it is, nothing needs to be done right now”. Self development is saying: “let’s discover what else is already there that I cannot see at the moment”. So self acceptance opens the spirit to actualy see what will unfold naturally, not guided by intent or will but by the inherent nature of change. Self development is development of the self by itself, not by ego.

And maybe you know the saying that it’s not about becoming something but about un-becoming everything that you are not. This is the unfolding process in my understanding, you peel back the layers that cloud our self perception so that in the end one can say “I am”.

I used to keep falling in the trap that “I” need to develop. That the ego needs to develop…
but you are totally right. Let go and let the self develop itself.

You’re welcome. And to add one more thing: when you let go, your innermost desires will eventually show and you’ll feel that something is calling you. These are your true aspirations. But you need to be aware and free of external influences. Otherwise you’ll probably follow the things that others push onto you, then you start to compare and compete and this will deviate you from self acceptance. When you’ve found something that is calling you from deep within, there’s nothing wrong with giving it all and working hard in this direction. The difference is the persepctive: you’re not chasing something, instead you’re bringing your innate talents to fruition.

I asked Owen Cook about this before after one of his free tour seminars – how we can love ourselves fully but still strive to improve? And he said “just think, I am awesome, but I could be more awesome”

That really helped me at the time, and I’ve added Bashar’s affirmation to it, “I am who I am, and that is enough”

And the idea of becoming “more awesome” has as it’s engine, like @x3m said, the desires and aspirations and values of our true self rather than the ego, which can be hard to distinguish, but a mentor of mine is always telling me “listen to your heart” which I suppose means let your soul speak and tell you what you need/want

I think so, actually. The new LB was made after LBFH, so all of the concepts from LBFH was carried under except the “love spreading aura.”

You can recognize and accept yourself as an ever-evolving being who wants to keep exploring its infinite potential.

Lack of self love would actually keep you being the same because you would not feel deserving of exploring your greatness.

Unconditional self love wants you to be more and more of your awesome unlimited self. And that journey never ends because we do have infinite potential to express from.

@AnswerGroup @Forum_Ambassadors Is each mini stage exactly 1/4 of 15 minutes? I understand that I should start with 30 seconds and increase by 30 seconds until I hit my sweet spot with no recon.

What if I increase and increase and feel no recon, but I only want to do the first mini stage to avoid some of the more complex scripting in the latter stages that I may not be ready for? How would I know when mini stage 1 ends? Is it at 3 minutes and 45 seconds? This info would be extremely helpful and much appreciated.
