Decided to go with Minds Eye over singularity as my goals right now are more practical, finding a job I love while finishing school. Full loop yesterday.
Yesterday I didn’t notice too much out of the gate. I did some visualization exercises in the morning, had a couple interviews that went pretty well, and got some tasks done.
At night before bed, I worked on visualizing how I wanted my day to go, noticed slight improvement in clarity of the visualization, as well as associating positive emotions. Dreams were pretty wild, I don’t remember the context but felt my senses were much more engaged.
Now today is when I noticed things really ramping up. I’m thinking much more positively about outcomes, and my day so far has been executed exactly how I visualized the night before, hitting the gym for a great workout, walking my dog, and getting some much needed cleaning done. The coolest thing so far, is that yesterday I did a visualization imagining how it would feel to get my dream job. Woke up to an email this morning from one of my top prospective jobs in the SaaS space wanting to set up an interview.
I love the aspect of integrating visualization into your day rather then having to make it a dedicated practice. While walking my dog today, I was absolutely blown away by the increase in my visualization abilities. Felt like I could map out my entire neighborhood in my mind, typically I’m terrible with directions. Played around with visualizing objects on the walk//spacial awareness and the clarity was pretty insane. Also feeling a spike in my creativity.
This one’s a keeper for sure. Stacking this with Khan stage 2 right now, with a focus of improving mu confidence and self image, and it feels like they are just meant to be stacked.
