What is this? Sounds interessting.

Basically observing your thoughts and intentions. Pretty basic LOA stuff but i have combined this with mindless affirming which seemed to ultimately reprogram my mind better.

For instance, i want an exam to pass and i have very short period of time left in my hand. And for worse case scenario suppose i have anxiety that means each time i dedicate myself to prepare for my exams , my mind will be flooded with thoughts like " i am not enough" ," what i study may not even appear in my paper, the course is huge"

To shift the whole scenario, i would simple affirm “The materials i study are the ones that came in my exam” and “I scored 90% overall in my exam”

Repeatedly with in my mind silently, no brute force, u dont have to “Feel it real” bullshit just repeat it slowly for a couple of minutes, u will find ur mind is not racing with negative and opposite thoughts, ur mind will be neutral.

You have rolled the dice, now to keep the dice rolling, u will check ur intrusive and negative thoughts through out the day if they appear. You will simply affirm ur chosen affirmation slowly in ur mind untill those opposite thoughts doesn’t persist.

And i am a living proof of it, i have manifested good grades myself and i have also had success in relationship, frndship, getting out of trouble etc. Anyway it is related to manifestation and you need to try it yourself.

If you find yourself brute forcing your affirmations most probably it wont work. Thing is you need to find a balance.

It might sound too simple. But everything doesn’t have to be complicated

I even wrote a script, almost like a screenplay, for an exam. What will happen, how will I feel, what will they ask, what will I do afterwards, etc.

Then I went through my script at least once an hour. I felt that it would happen.

It was an exam I failed two times already due to a Burnout and depression.

A week before I was super excited. Three days before the exam, I read something from Joseph Murphy and wrote my script. Everything happened according to my script. I got the best possible grade. My professor even used the exact same words I wrote down.

It was a magnificent experience.

Nice man, such an experience can mess up your perception of reality.

I believe, when Neville Goddard wrote “Feeling is the secret” he was on to something.

I imagined how confident I would feel when I meat mu professor, I imagined his laughter at a certain remark I planned to make, the reassuring feeling it would trigger in me.

And finally how it would feel to have aced this exact exam. How I would call family and friends to tell them the good news and how it would feel to have accomplished this.

I felt everything. And I believe this was the secret ingredient for this success.

The power of the subconscious mind

Or

The power of positive thinking

One of them, both by Joseph Murphy

That one is Norman Vincent Peale

Yes and No.

In Germany we have two books with the same title. One by Joseph Murphy, one by Norman Vincent Peal.

Most other books from Murphy just translated the title. With this one, I can’t even find the original title.

So I’m still looking for the enish title.

A smol updæte -

My perception is broader now. I m trying games which i never tried, i am trying new things like different modes of entertainment instead of my usual ones. I have switched my medium of entertainment to reading stuffs. Earlier i would just prefer netflix shows / anime instead of reading a book, comic or manga. But i am trying and enjoying other modes of entertainment which i never tried due to some limiting thoughts.

I am also trying video games from specific companies which i generally avoid due to some annoying points which are valid but it isn’t holding me anymore to try new stuffs.

There’s more it, i will update once i figure out the exact changes i am experiencing becuase the subliminal is too smooth , its so natural that I dont even realise that my habits are altered lmao

My viewpoint on board games have changed. I am more willing to play games I previously didn’t care for. I am much more accepting of losing than I used to be and just enjoy the game (I still run the gambit of emotions for any board game player, just it doesn’t ruin my day or the board game experience for myself and others). I also am winning a Hella lot more since I’m much more adaptable to whatever the situation is and am not facing intense emotions that block me from thinking logically. I also am learning the rules and strategies to various board games rather quickly.

I noticed this as well. Mine arent exactly board games. But i am trying more tactical games similar to starcraft, COMPANY OF HEROES etc.

hm,I feel my rebellious spirit is coming back ,the critical thinking scripts is activated…old memories and lessons I learnt surfacing up and being re-evaluated again…I could now see a lot of holes in those statements without the emotional blocks … for example, years ago ,my dating coach told me that everybody wants to be like the James Bond, being cool, smooth without doing the hard work, and women just chasing you ,drooling over you,no,dont do that, you cant be James Bond…do the hard work ” for years,I took it at the surface level…but now come to think about it…there is more depths in it…I now know it well…really well….there are also many other instances like that…I truly feel that this title just like the name enunciate—Limitless….something old is cracking up…

It’s an observation. Something that may help someone. I don’t mention changing anything
