I think if they are still here, the trauma hasn’t been cleared out completely

And as I said, there’s a generational trauma too which you aren’t even aware of because you were born with it

The end stages of TRE are described like this: “As we progress on our TRE journey, our body starts to feel more and more pleasurable and the tremors decrease over time. At some point the tremors will be very subtle and it will feel like a pleasurable, warm current flows through our body. At this point equilibrium is restored in the nervous system and there will be no more irrational anxiety or chronic tension in the body. Not only that, but a very pleasant background of mild joy and pleasure will become our constant companion. The mind is more alert, clear and there is much less noise and chatter. Our trauma is finally gone.” - taken from https://www.reddit.com/r/longtermTRE/comments/102biwk/the_tre_practice_guide_read_first_before_starting/

I think you will benefit a lot from TRE

The time until the end goal of TRE is reached strongly depends on the practitioner’s state of the nervous system and their traumatic load. It can range from a few months to many years. Dr. Eric Robins gives a good estimate of about 1%-2% release per month on average, which gives us a time frame of about 4 - 8 years.

Quantum Re-balance and Sanguine improve the former tremendously. The very reason I posted that above. The later was taken care of by years of subliminal programming (especially, one year on DR but also running some other healing subs for a couple of moths) and positive social feedback as mentioned in the next post.

Those “post-traumatic” patterns and responses I mentioned are habitual and work very similar to something that is called a “phantom limb”. That is, expecting the “old pain” where there can be none inflicted, especially, in social context when running social subs. Those subs usually trigger those patterns. But yes, I’m still not done with the “evil that happened” entirely. However, QL and Sanguine is the way. Too bad that I didn’t run them when they were available, even though, I knew I needed them.

Sorry for going off-topic, gentlemen.

I’m guessing this comes during stages three and four? I’m on stage one and woke up again today feeling really anxious. Working through it through instead of giving up or switching subs. I was going to stack stage one with something else but I would rather get this done

I am on my first cycle of Khan 1

Yeah, I had lots of intense/weird nightmarish dreams last night. Last loop was also 60 seconds. Not sure if it was 100% related to the sub.

Yeah I’ve actually been having basically no recon and some great results, except for my dreams last night. Uncomfortable, nightmarish, dark, and woke up a few times with anxiety… don’t remember the details though.

I experienced a ton of anxiety and upheaval whilst on Khan st 1. You’re certainly not alone in that. Hope it clears soon.

Thank you so much

Yes. It’s probably all stages. The issue with recon is also an awareness thing. If there’s actually issues, them being brought to one’s awareness is probably nagging for some.
