@Jouissance ran stage 1 of EoG for 9 months and attributes lots of his success to it.

Some do one cycle while others claim jumping stages and finding success regardless.

How many cycles one chooses to stay on a stage is very personal and one should follow their gut feeling.

This version of Khan is for action takers. My gut feeling says unless one is taking action and doing whats neccesary over whats comfortable at least 80% of the time then one should stay on stage 1 until then.

Khan is about becoming the strongest and most dominant version of yourself. But that ideal self is different to everyone. Lets be real, someone with larger than life dreams / more trauma will struggle harder on Stage 1 while someone with an average life goals will probably get results far quicker due to how little they need to develop in comparison.

For example Stage 1 will be different for someone who wants A: A nice and stable salary compared to B: A millionare in the making. Thats one example that might be too black and white. Also exceptions probably exist. The point is that the ultimate goal for Khan looks vastly different for each user running it. It will not be as easy or as hard for everyone.

Khan is making me take more action and do stuff that I don’t want to do, most of the time if i wake up really tired in the morning and my wimpy inner voice says ā€œstay home, tell the boss you are sickā€ i would just do it, sometimes for full weeks even

No, i wake up tired and i tell the wimpy voice to shut up, i wake up and go to work, didn’t miss one day since i started stage 2 and it may not seem like much but i missed a lot of working days

Yeah I’ve noticed this mindset also, yesterday I wanted to skip gym and take a break because my body was painful all over and I just said to myself

ā€œOk, let’s just go and see how it goes you’ll feel better afterward and be proud of yourself.ā€
.
And I did it. I’m still on st1so it’s good.

Hey, that’s an interesting perspective I hadn’t considered before. My life goals are pretty ambitious across the board - I’m not the type to settle for just a regular 9-5 job and a stable family life. So, even though I’m wrapping up my second cycle of TB, the recon hits I’m experiencing are way tougher than what others seem to be going through based on their Khan user journals. I know everyone’s ZP journey is unique, so I’ve been trying not to compare too much. But I can’t help but notice that many folks are saying the new Khan is a breeze compared to the old one, with minimal recon happening. Meanwhile, despite taking all the precautions like running it solo, easing into it gradually, getting plenty of rest, and eating well and taking all possible actions I can think of, the recon keeps hitting me hard and the emotional highs and lows are off the charts. It’s like I’m on a rollercoaster with super intense peaks and valleys. I feel like I can relate more to the stories from the older Khan journals from '19 to '21.

Have you run TB or Phoenix, perhaps? If so, kindly share it with us.

I’m asking since you pointed to EoG where there’s no NSE implemented.

The NSE, or I would rather say the NHE, is totally different from any other ā€œhealing tech.ā€

I wonder if I still can call it "healing " since it’s more about perceptual shifts, awakenings to new realities.

@Sub.Zero could you compare Phoenix to TB?

In this case you should be glad that you didn’t have to experience the recon from the old KHAN ZP V1.

The recon from the old KHAN (Stage 1 and 2) wreaked havoc in my life for many months. But it was still worth it of course.

Yeah, initially my first couple loops were comparable to the old version in terms of recon, but it quickly subsided. Just finished my last loop of my cycle yesterday, and towards the end it just felt like I was getting glimpses of what’s to come, similar to how the healing in KB1 ā€œfeltā€, where removing the limiting beliefs, or blockages, wasn’t as traumatic or painful, but simply allowed more sexual energy to flow through the body, except for with Khan, your allowing feelings of power, dominance, sexuality to become more of a natural state.

I’m not so sure how easy TB is with Khan Love & War. Granted I am currently stacking it with the New Quantum Limitless St 1. My dreams have been crazy. I keep getting glimpses in my dreams and during the day of places and situations I don’t necessarily see but I feel the fear and anxiety that whatever it is , is causing.

I have lived my life feeling like I should know, embrace, and understand things I wasn’t raised to know about or understand. Not out of some weird obligation but I think that whatever is causing me to feel the fear and anxiety I have been is somehow a generational trauma. Something that scared or confused the fuck out of my parents, their parents, or their grandparents. It’s a weird feeling but here it is

Dreams are absolutely nuts but sometimes I have no idea what they’re tryna tell me .

@RagnarLothbrok Reading your progress with Khan feels like the culmination of all the progress you made before blooming before you. Love to see it

@Sub.Zero i have not run new Khan nor Phoenix. True that current EoG is pre NSE tech but the point remains. The nature of progress is not building, transforming, upgrading, becoming or even leveling up but rather peeling off everything in the way.

Skills, Experiance, Work Ethic, Intent etc can only go so far. The real magic is in the mindset + those aspects and the mindset is often fogged by old beliefs, fears and lack of understanding of what is possible.

Subliminals are enhancers. The don’t offer anything we didn’t allready posses. They function as unleashers. This is especially true when it comes to multi stagers

There are pleanty of hard workers but no where near the amount of millionares and billionares who are far less. So beyond working 16 hours a day, taking risk and making sacrafices… the next level is only reached by continuisly refining the fundamentals making those 0,01% improvments daily. TLDR: After a certain point porgress brings diminishing returns since whats left is mindset and fundamentals. This applys in any area of growth or skills really

@Saiyan4Blue What you said reminds me of this.

Ironically resolving past issues, trauma, and whatever is making me less nostalgic

I don’t miss the past as much as I used to

Sex drive is unreal rn

Who cares, mate? lol

Tell us how you’re acting upon it. That would be interesting.

There’s the new life ahead, James.

@Saiyan4Blue How would you tackle the whole healing/peeling off process?

Phoenix has depowered the psychological consequences of my past traumas (DR just dealt with those traumas, leaving working on their consequences to me). By consequences I mean emotional, thinking and behavioral patterns that were created as the most effective response to those traumas. Those patterns were really obsolete and didn’t serve me anymore. On the contrary, they were limiting me severely. Those patterns were perceived social rejection, and perceived lack of respect for me. Phoenix dealt with them nicely within two months only. Phoenix reshapes your patterns upon your daily experiences. It also helps you let go of the past due to the sheer power of shifting your perceptions/interpretations of the past.

Total Breakdown helps you spot all your emotional, thinking and behavioral patterns that prevent your from becoming the best version of yourself by the sheer power of insights it provides you with upon experiencing your life on a daily basis. Those insights help you overcome those issues massively or, perhaps, they’re just a byproduct of the changes your’e going through. TB also makes you aware of societal beliefs that limit you and tears them down mercilessly.

Yeah about that…

Did you not read my earlier post? The unknown is freaking me out. No idea why.

Perhaps you’ve been living in your comfort zone for far too long.

No worries. TB is going to amend it and aid you on your path. Just be consistent.

Mayhap running Sanguine along TB is your best bet to overcome both; the stagnation and being anxious about getting out of it.
