So I wanted to observe Khan and Genesis lately. Genesis is an incredibly useful sub that helped me determine when to move on to next stage/level. I played it twice and each time afterwards, I have been guided to play my QTKS with Khan-RoM-ASBR next cycle. I used the date and timestamps in my private journal and confirmed that those intuitive hunches to play the QTKS were both within the sphere of Genesis.

Things to be observed:

Genesis’ sphere of influence on terms of time within a Khan cycle per case-by-case basis. I’m seeing the most acute effects within 3 days of utilizing Genesis, where it has guided me towards solid steps I should take to obtain my goal.

Always interested for me to take this test, as I notice it almost always aligns with whatever “archetype” sub I run at the time.

This test can be done multiple ways. An example would be answering a question about " how do you feel introducing yourself to new people " could be answered in 3 ways.

1: Brutal Honesty In my core i find it uncomfortable and energy draining
2: Hopefullness In my core i find it uncomfortable and energy draining, but i know it shouldn’t be this way. So i will choose degree which represent who i want or think myself to be.
3: Current level In my current level I love meeting new people, exploring possibilities and going beyond my comfort zone… After years of honing my social skills i love putting them to use, and to always push past my comfort level… DESPITE that In my core i find it uncomfortable and energy draining. Both things could be true at once.

If i were to answer each question with brutal honesty i would get my natural type. After all the test framework built upon Carl Jung’s theory of cognitive functions, aiming to categorize patterns of behavior, thinking, and preferences. By choosing the 1st option i would get my natural type which does not represent all i could ever be. By choosing the 2nd option i would get the type which represents who i want to be or believe i am. The 3rd option would get me the type which is represents where my development, choices and efforts have lead me to be.

How to take action running healing subs, ST1 of DRR, DRG, KHAN etc.

It’s been said countless times to journal and introspect. My first run of DR ST1 was 22 pages in the journal. While that works for venting thoughts on paper it’s not very structured.

For a more structured method, I recommend a book that calls to you which also requires exercises and journaling prompts. 2 that come to mind are

  1. Backbone by David Wagner. It’s foundational mens work one would find in men’s groups. Has guidelines for starting your own men’s group.

  2. Are You Ready To Succeed by Sri Kumar Rao. This one is timeless eastern wisdom distilled into east to understand concepts. Walks you through how to deconstruct mental models that don’t serve you and to replace them with ones that do. How to change the channel on negative mental chatter. He also appears on podcasts and well worth listening to.

Aside from that taking purposeful action to overcome fear is invaluable.

Funny. I’m an INFP, and I’m a “diplomat”. Fitting.

Subs in recent years have gotten me out of my shell a lot more. On Khan, I’m noticing a lot more attention. Today I noticed some young cashiers noticing me in a store, mostly by the telling noises I heard when my back was turned. I’m on Stage 1, so the aura’s been on and off on different days. Today it was definitely on. Haven’t had a similar reaction like that since Emperor 4.

I’ve got a coworker who joked with me since I talked with numerous customers today, which is something I enjoy. He said, “oh yeah, you’re campaigning, aren’t you?” I’ve never been in politics, never had leanings for it, but he’s seen me like some young wannabe mayor or something.

Diplomat, yes. Politician? I’ll pass. However, today I was wondering where my talents and personality fit, like where I could serve people best. I’m enjoying this whole experience.

Khan is making me grow.

I had more experience with Emperor 3. Wasn’t running Emperor much by the time 4 hit, then EQ happened.

I started with Emperor 3 and moved to 4 when it came out. 3 seemed rougher (more serious). 4 was more charismatic, and I took to it well. I drew a tremendous amount of attention on it.

I’ll start washout tomorrow and begin Stage 2 next week. I suspect St.2 brings one out of their shell much more. Any experience on St.2? It’ll be my first go on it.

I’ve run each stage a few times, but didn’t do full cycles of any. I do a minimum 3 loops of titles for right now, to get the scripting “in there” so it can integrate.

Now when I run Khan ST4, the wife usually wants sex, and a different girl at work seems to respond, even though she knows I’m married, so doubt she’d ever initiate.

An INFP who is both fully himself and his own unique version of Khan, or a commander

That would look like a fiqure who employs his charisma, leadership, vision, stregnth and Zeus like masculinity through his unique noble, caring, compassionate and considerate being in a way only he could. And with all that power from Khan, he could challenge the entire world if it dares to push him or test his convictions and values

Its a good synergy.
One clears and creates space
The other builds in that space.
Like an inhale, exhale subconscious processes.
Expansion outside and going deep within.

Is this recommeded for a 20 year old?

I’ve played alpha male audios in the past and while it gave me confidence, people just gave me shit or were scared of me , I don’t really have the social skills to back up the intimidating aura there audios give off

If you’re newer to the subs here at SubClub, I’d start with something easier like Ascension to see how that goes. It’s an “Alpha” title.
