The combined recon from the new Love Bomb and the new Heartsong is quite brutal.
I am talking about feeling like a worthless piece of shit for several days in a row like in the good old days when KHAN Total Breakdown and Total Reprogramming ZP V1 were released…
But it is self-esteem work that has to be done. Better now than later.

Thanks for the warning. I am starting a new cycle tomorrow and will reintroduce HS after a few days. LB is amazing and hopefully microlooping HS will help

Yeah, it can be rough. Each day, I’ve been feeling better and better but previously, there was a period of at least 4 days where I felt like crap. Inner emotional progress, in terms of feeling whole, in that period kept feeling ‘stuttered’. Going to sleep feeling crappy, waking up feeling better and then receding back into crappy during the day in a two steps forward, one step backwards kinda way.
I feel more emotionally stable and solid now and things that bothered me just a couple of weeks ago don’t register the same way, or if they register, it’s easier to deal with.

I ran Heartsong on top of Emperor just recently, and the following two days have been pretty good. The jadedness I’m getting from Emperor stopped emotional lows, and Heartsong seems to have stopped some rudeness and manifested small pleasant moments.

Broke down crying after listening to Love Bomb and Heartsong yesterday.
After opening up to a new friend that I can truly confide in (and that truly understood me), I feel so much better and I woke up the next day feeling lighter inside.
Definitely taking a washout now.

Hey @SaintSovereign I’ve done a ton of lurking and reading before asking this, a month ago I bought heartsong and I have had positive results.
I am not at all interested in fucking around or casual sex, it’s just one person for me to spend a lifetime with and neither in the entire dating culture.
I am very successful already with enough money and potential to earn enough going forward too (thanks to Emperor 
), so I do not need any empire building shit at all now, I am more interested in love and a family right at this moment in time as I am approaching mid 30s now without ever finding love.
Can you suggest me a 2-3 stack I can listen to, that can help me manifest a single perfect person, or a soulmate for a lifetime. So basically 1 or 2 additional subs that I should buy as a perfect listening stack I can listen to for months/years until I finally meet that person and marry them.
I was thinking of adding Love Bomb, but it’s an Aura and I am not sure if I should listen to it because right now I am not in the position to leave my house for at least the next month (Injury 
)
Also, is there the best order to listen to the stack you’d suggest, for example
1st track always HS, 2nd always x, 3rd always y
Lastly, I’ve been listening to subs for a long time 4+ years, can I listen to 3 x 2024 zp subs in a single day and pause 1 day and repeat for 21 days? I never experienced any Rebounding or “profound” effects, it has been more of a consistent better feeling, from listening, so I was wondering if 3 a day and rest works in my case instead of the recommended 2- rest - 1 - rest - 2 schedule.
Back when subs were an hour long I’d listen to them for 20 hrs a day without ever feeling “overexposed”

Just heartsong, because it is very focused and the goals align with what you really want.
All other things come across as over thinking.
For the loops, you have to follow your inuition. Running subliminals for 4+ years and having poor connection to your own subconscious and intuiton is a bad sign to me and makes it seem you are not in touch with yourself.
Also you don’t really need subliminals to get real love, it is just an aid.

The recon from the Heartsong + Love Bomb combination is the most brutal so far in over a year for me. At least this time, it only went on for 1 day instead of several days like when I first tried out this combo.
All of the recon has obviously to do with my relationship to women and with romantic self-esteem and during the recon phase I am completely invisible to women and extremely desperate for intimacy and attention. Must be very deep healing going on.

Im running LB, Sanguine and Sanguine Elixir and yes LB recon hit me by surprise, brutal is the word, it’s stirring a lot of uncomfortable shit.
I’m adjusting to two days rest instead of one to process.

I know I can’t compare the two titles, Primal and Heartsong. But I really need some Heartsong for the healing after some time with Primal. I’m just curious about what types of general social benefits I could get from Heartsong in addition to the healing aspects.

Not on this sub, nor really plan for it soon maybe next year. Was wondering for people who had results in finding a “soulmate” did u ever just ran into or randomly see someone and knew u were destined to be together? Kind of like a thats my future wife moment?
Had this sort of feeling about someone i didnt even know not sure if it is intuitive prediction or past life connection or whatever but strange and dont get this feeling except in this case.

It seems not many users here use Heartsong, other subs are more popular.
As an ISTP, I am not very interested in committed relationship since young. However, after finish 4 stages of New Khan, I have a strong sensing that it is time for me to find one and have a great relationship.
So I decided to take Heartsong, been listening to Heartsong since June 2024. I will discipline & commit to Heartsong til I am in relationship. Results will be updated, posted once I meet one.

Start relationship young have children - dont wait until your old. Create a family its the best thing you can do with your life.
