Gonna run this title just for this feature alone.

Dealing with loneliness (real and perceived) is one of my major issues that causes neediness recon with WB and it seems this title will help me to completely reframe loneliness from the core.

About two hours after my first loop, I bought two books about Marcus Aurelius and Stoicism and started reading them.

I am really enthusiastic about this philosophy and the wisdom it contains. Even after 2000 years, the principles are still valid and highly relevant in our modern times.

I hope to be able to implement these principles better through GLM. I am currently listening to EmpBlack with GLM. EmpBlack has become my favorite sub, which I always listen to when I need pure power for a task. In combination with GLM, EmpBlack can give me the inner strength to implement the principles.

In any case, I feel highly motivated today to follow this path. I feel like a little child who has found a great treasure and I am looking forward to the first results. Let’s see how things develop with GLM.

First impression:

Oh yeah the physical shifting I’ve been feeling my jaws relaxing and the bottom jaw shifting to a lower position on my face.

Also facial hair growth seems faster which I don’t really like since I shave it, but this could be due to KB increasing testosterone.

I don’t doubt GLM might increase testosterone as well since it’s an all masculine sub.

Probably there is far more in a program than most copies reveal.
