Nothing, it was just an incredible stack. Took a lot more risks, made a lot more money, gained a ton of clarity on what I wanted to do with my life.

I have used new emperor twice till now and I do feel some flashback where people have said me some mean things and I could not act on that point of time, And now in my mind I an replying back to them and giving them back in all possible ways.
Is this in any ways killing some past traumas
Any one else having similar experiences.
the title is super alpha, I don’t feel urge to masturbate , which was the case with previous version of emperor.
I had this urge to have sex with women on earlier versions, and would do anything to please them . However on this I would not do any flattering act, I am not even much bothered to please any girl / women. Also I don’t feel any need to sleep , I have slept only 6 hrs in last 2 days.
Intend to run this with HoM and LBFH for a year to understand how I get transformed. Will keep posting weekly on this forum about the changes

Just got news from the job a the scrapyard I applied for. They don’t need me atm.
After a few moments of inner turmoil, I was absolutely calm.
That’s a reaction, atypical for me. In the past, I was utterly devastated in similar situations.
Resilience and Calmness on New Emperor is really magnificent.

Major shift in willpower and discipline
I’ve got a better handle on willpower and discipline now. It’s all about making a decision and sticking to it.
Quitting smoking has been a real journey. Before, I’d quit one day and be right back at it the next, unable to resist the urge and always caving in.
First step was really questioning if I wanted to quit. Was I all in, or was there a part of me still holding on? Why?
Then, dealing with the feelings and urges was key. Unlike before, when quitting meant buying cigarettes again the next day and giving up, I kept pushing to quit this time.
Each time I’d dive deep into understanding what was triggering me. Eventually, I got to this point where I could just say ‘NO’ to those urges. Sure, it takes willpower, but there’s something really powerful about being able to say no and actually stick to it. Something in me truly changed! It clicks.
Now, I haven’t smoked for over a week. Might not sound like much, but it’s a big deal for me. Before, I couldn’t last more than a few days, and it was all about fighting those constant urges. But this time, it’s different. No urges at all.

I know that from porn and masturbation. Celebrate your victory. It may seem a tiny step compared to those who have quit for years. But for you it’s a huge step. That’s totally legit.

I’m leaning towards it being part of resilience, but to clarify, is the Emotional Regulation in Wanted Black also in the New Emperor?
I feel good and less stressed or tense whenever I run Chosen and notice an increase in my social ability, but I’m still weighing if I should go with that combo, or WB or HoM. Thank you
