Sounds like status checks, but also if you’ve been run over for years there’s alot of anger/sadness buried down there that now wants to come out. A pissed off, revenge vibe. I feel the same on Khan.
Your mind is probably recalibrating and recon. I’m thinking once it settles you’ll neither be people pleasing nor mean, but a bit more balanced. Calling people out when they have overstepped your boundaries. Firm, not mean.
Just my thoughts.
I can relate to the impatience and meanness when running Emperor. I have a feeling that stacking it with Chosen will help round off those sharp edges. I was nervous that an upgraded Chosen would be released today because I want to run Emperor solo for at least one cycle. I don’t need that temptation yet 
4 loops in to The New Emperor. I’m having weird highly structured dreams detailing the previous day and forecasting/predicting the next day of work/life. It goes by in a flash though so I don’t have time to remember the dreams’ exact details, though if I had to guess… it’s the subconscious rearranging things to make the next day flow easier.
I can feel the subliminal trying to establish balance and harmony, and discipline in trouble areas.
Cravings for excessive things were particularly strong yesterday, though my willpower to refuse those things was very potent. The sub for me is just going to make the price clear of the actions, because it’s easy to make small decisions and not be aware of the future buildup of consequence.
So maybe there is a planning aspect that projects long term outcomes for the paths we take?
I used to struggle with that whenever I ran any alpha sub. Took me some time to realize that was my shadow taking the driver’s seat but this time instead of suppressing i learned how to transmute it to take the drivers seat whenever I am in a place where I need to compete. It’s a good energy to redirect into productive endeavors. Loving Khan now, and test drove emperor, loved it as well!
Had a really stressful dream where I lived in Biblical times with a brother who hated me and tortured me.
In one instance he was beating me up after I tried to detain him and the authorities told me to let him go, so to try to break me he started savagely biting off the tips of my toes with the intent to feed off my fear and agony. But I didn’t give him the satisfaction, I kept it super cool and let him do it, and after about 3-4 toes he lost interest and stopped. Later in the dream I ran away into the sunrise to find some peace and connection with God in an open field, and some of his friends/thugs chased me down to keep me in the village, and it was so stressful not being allowed to live freely according to my own will, but again I kept it cool externally and had faith that it couldn’t be like this forever…
Didn’t even connect the dots on this resiliency aspect of the dream experience until I started telling a friend about the dream. Definitely Emperor scripting working in the background. Since I started running it last week I’ve been having really vivid dreams like this

Guys. If you want to be more charismatic and social while on Emperor, add Power Can Corrupt to it. It’s the ideal stack and very congruent.
Would chosen also do the trick?

Does anyone feel like that if they’re not accomplishing daily habits, goals and various productivity targets that they don’t know what else to live for?
Not for the first time, but since starting Emperor I’ve had the urge to move away from being that way and live more fluidly. Like continue living well with good habits, but don’t be so militaristic (pass/fail) on everyday life. I guess a little less tracking and a little more natural integration into daily life is what I mean.
I hope that made some sense, I wasn’t sure to put it here or on my journal but I thought more people might read it here.
This is insane. I love this title. I run it and for the next couple of days I feel so calm and yet ambition like I have never felt before.
I haven’t watched television in three days
I have always craved organization and minimalism. I started making plans on how to better organize my current living environment. Allowing hopefully more space and less clutter
I’m going to purchase a kettlebell here shortly and start doing Pavel Tsatsouline’s Simple and Sinister.
