I wouldn’t mind a bit of physical shifting but it’s not that important IMO because there are things like Lots. Overall toughness is interesting but I do believe they have it but the feel of it different because of the approach. Emp is way more get it done for a reason, while Khan is more flowy and just feeling invincible through being centered and having a lot of sexual energy at hand.

To me Khan is fine the way it is and if one needs more of a certain thing like physical shifting or something else it is easily stacked with another program. But then again the New Emperor hit me like no other previous Emperor has, it just felt like I experienced it fully for what the program is about, and therefore I expect something similar with Khan once it’s upgraded because it’s such a behemoth of a program, and there’s still tons of benefits and angles that I have not experienced of Khan yet I’m pretty sure.

Thought the new emperor has some physical shifting in it , I personally didn’t notice it much.

Probably the other effects are much more noticeable, like my voice has become more loud and powerful, my thoughts are so heightened that I want no BS answer from any one, while maintaining a composed demeanour.

It’s like a super alpha serum my brain on this has just calmed down but the internal drive has increased . I don’t take no for an answer now .

Let’s see after a washout , will try new listening schedule for both titles ( new emperor and HoM )

BTW @SaintSovereign can we expect new emperor HoM as well .

I actually just looked at Wanted, and right at the bottom of the sales page is Khan as a stack recommendation.

Bottom line, your right :white_check_mark: Khan is a beast :muscle:

I want to give an update on my journey towards building willpower and discipline.

There have been a few moments when I felt the urge to smoke, but saying “no” has become second nature because I genuinely want to resist it.

During these times, I’ve also clarified when to decline the urge and when to explore it further. If I say “no” to dismiss the craving, it’s because my determination is stronger than the temptation. When it is stronger, I dive in. It’s not about avoiding the issue; it’s about taking control.

Hi, completed 21 days on new emperor and HoM stack . Recon has hit me at this stage as I feel super lethargic and brain fog , it’s definitely lesser than previous versions, but it’s certainly there

Taking a break for 7-8 days and will get back to the stack again

Beauty of the stack is when it’s 2/3rd run , after that it feels like over exposing . It’s for sure very dense Sub and one needs to use it with caution . Works like antidepressant at some point of time.

Post washout planning to run it for just 2 times a week. And will give it a long run for at least a year or two , with small washout periods.

Let’s hope I change forever both physically and mentally

That looks like overexposure instead of reconciliation. Maybe try shorter loops?

This one is wierd, I feel like it’s building learning day by day. I’m learning from relationships, job, discussions.

It’s a very different type of growth than previous subs. Previously learning came from insight you had on the inside, coming from yourself. Now it feels like small events in life are interpreted in a way that reinforce emperor’s scripting.

I have been around 82 to 86 ish kg for the last 4 years following a similar diet, sleep routine and gym routine.

Since starting New Emperor, since relese, i kept losing fat and gaining muscles. I now weigh 79 KG, eating 3x more in a single day while getting more buff, tough and shredded.

Feels like im running New Emperor + Spartan, without Spartan

I used to do simple and sinister exclusively with pavel’s joint mobility and fast and loose for warmups.

I only got up to a 50lb kettlebell and I didn’t think I was big but I saw got a photo of myself when I caught a fish and I was surprised by how big I was. The downside for me was I got into the idea that I didn’t need to do anything for core but so just add in some deadbugs or planks maybe and that’s a pretty good all you need program.

These days I only use a 25 lb kettlebell and I’m focused more on conditioning swings for higher reps focusing on mastering the form, and in the last few weeks I already feel the difference in my posterior chain.

Can you plz tell me how to run shorter loops for equal benefits. As I don’t understand the concept of micro loops , how can a loop of 3/5/7 mins cover the entire script of 15 mins.
Is it running the same 15 mins loop at faster speed or just stopping it at 3/5/7 mins or as desired

It’s a genuine confusion would request if any one can reply

Instead of listening to the entire 15 minutes, you stop the track earlier

As to how it works, Saint has said you get exposure to the entire script within 2-3 minutes for most titles, so after that it’s just the script repeating for more exposure I guess

I try to put into an example.
Let’s say you’re reading a book on relationships to bring your marriage to he next level.
It’s a very advanced book. But you’re determined to read it in one go. So you sit down and read it to the end. Afterwards your brain is filled with thoughts. Most was completely knew. You understood that there are basic concepts you’re trying to grasp. But generally it’s to much information.
So you decide to give it another go. Another afternoon gone, but now can remember a.few rough concepts of the book.
When you talk to the friend who recommended the book, he said that he read it in one sitting as well. But he is a known relationship coach. His qualifications are vastly different. So he recommends microloops. So you just read ten pages instead of 247. You take your time to think it through. You understand the concepts. You write everything down what you reflected and the patterns you’ve never seen before.

Hi, started new cycle today added beyond limitless and removed HOM from the stack.

Present Stack:-
(A) beyond limitless 15 mins
(B). New emperor 15 mins

Beyond limitless is small and compact script , what it does is improves productivity and understanding , at time when we r running core scripts we appear to be dumb and are unable to do day to day office tasking.

However, by adding beyond limitless to any major title I feel our brain responds better to understand that title and also makes us productive through out the day.

So my experience with washout was that I felt miserable for 5 days. As if being weaned off some medication / drug.

However, soon after the first listen of this new stack I feel good and libido is back. This one feels much lighter stack and probable will continue for sometime.

Results I seek from long term are some wealth building , social confidence , libido enhancement ( lots of sex) and building a good physique.

Will keep this forum updated. Plz share ur opinion and results

From your own statements in your post, it sounds like you’re overexposing yourself. 15 minute loops gave you all those undesired side effects.

The first time I did a 5 minute loop, I thought nothing would be different. I was wrong. I absorbed it better, it processed smoothly, and I wasn’t pissy all the time.

I’ve been running 5 minute loops ever since, even on first listens. And I’ve been growing without all that previous turmoil from overexposing myself.

Life is more enjoyable now, and subs aren’t a chore anymore. It changed everything.

This has been my experience. I felt I’d be missing out if I cut the loop. Turns out that reducing the duration has made me respond better, less recon and more action. I only plan on increasing when I see i can handle more with little to no recon at all. One thing that helped also was letting go of expectations of results and focus more on action and raising my frequency through gratitude
