@Invictus

What’s your definition of “supernatural”?

James, I use this mental technique to great affect, every so often…

Close your eyes and imagine all your pains, obstacles, and anything that’s bothering you, making you feel bad or holding you back. Imagine them strewn along a path in front of you. You can picture them as glowing boxes, balls, batteries – whatever resonates with you.

The point is that anything with enough power to block you IS a source of power.

So then imagine yourself walking up to each, one at a time, and picking it up. Then imagine yourself ABSORBING all the power from the things. You can squeeze it, breathe it in – anything that allows you to imagine transferring all that power into your body, mind, and spirit.

Then imagine the glow is gone and all that’s left is a bunch of ash. Those ashes were the “negative” part of the power – the stuff that was blocking you.

So, you’ve just absorbed all the power and left behind the stuff that wasn’t supporting you.

Then thank the thing for giving you strength and knowledge and resolve.

Repeat that until they’re all gone. Then look back at all the piles of ashes and watch a gust of wind blow it all way.

They’ll come back at some point. Or will be replaced by different ones. That’s okay. Do it again.

The point is to PRETEND every “negative” thing you just absorbed had something massively positive within it as well and you took all the positive and left all the negative. Let yourself get totally immersed in the pretending. FEEL it as if it were real. If that’s hard, just ask yourself, “If this were real, what would it feel like? What would it look like? What would it smell like? What would it sound like?” And then pretend you actually, feel, see, smell, and hear it.

And if THAT’s hard, just pretend you already felt, saw, smelled, and heard it, and move on.

My first thought when I ran The New Emperor was “Daddy’s Home”

Emperor has Daddy energy :fire: :hugs:

I think it’s perfect.

Last night recon was huge despite me running one loop every other day. Apart from that I am liking this version of emperor so far. I can understand why those people like @James who find it so hard to overcome certain challenges as the older you are the more negative beliefs you have to get rid off deep down.

Also absolutely no recon on it and my HRV increase by 10 even tho I didn’t sleep much yesterday. I feel pretty energized and awake today.

I don’t recall ever getting recon when running Stark isn’t that bizzare.

I still run S&S X once on the weekends when i go out and socialize.

I don’t think it’s bizarre. I never got recon on Stark in the whole 3 years I’ve used it. On new Emperor, no recon so far as well which is great.

The worst recon I got on was Hero: Origins which stayed for 2 weeks.

Definitely feeling the recon today, it’s almost as if the old mindset and new mindset is kinda at war. Now I will say that this recon is much more easier to deal with! I still have my moments where I am a little down, but it’s mainly just introspection tbh, plus it’s a lot easier to figure what exactly is going on and what the sub is digging at. I’m not really sweating it though, the path of change and transformation is never easy anyways. Still feeling the resilience scripting though.

It probably goes to show i am more Stark then Emperor

I have personally always preferred Stark as well. Don’t get me wrong I have always had love for emperor but I always resonated more so with Stark. Now this new version of emperor is going really well for me, despite my above post

NSE Stark should be pretty good when upgraded.

how do you know if you’re Stark type or Emperor type?

I think it has to do with how you assimilate with the script. I think if the title/script goes against your current self or goal it causes heavier recon but if you align with the script you transition to that reality smoothly and easily.

I just go by with what resonates with me tbh I don’t really know how to put into words. I guess Stark brings out qualities in me that I have always been good with but it just optimizes and refines them. Emperor has to dig deeper to cultivates and grow the qualities that it brings out in me. Great qualities nonetheless that I feel need the Emperor treatment.

That’s the best way I can describe it.

I know just what you mean, Stark goes too well with my type of personnality!
