Honestly, I don’t know.
I have the book that is referenced in the channel.
It’s huge. A few thousand pages. I went into deep research mode a couple of years ago and read a lot of studies on the topics I was interested at that time.
The references on gold though are mostly to books I don’t own. The book itself just contains abstracts of studies and lists of results. The studies that are actually linked are mostly German, or the links don’t work anymore (it was published only ten years ago, but in the age of the Internet that’s a lot).
The only working link to a study in English I’ve found is on skin aging.
But Google is your friend.
