Main Disc. Thread - The NEW Dragon Reborn RED

It was talking about going from stage 3 of earlier version of dr, right to stage 4 of dr red. Is that what you meant?

I thought your question to Palpy was about you going from Stage 3 OG DR to current era Stage 3 DRR.

It was one of the earlier stages someone was doing, but I’ve never seen confirmed that it’s OK to jump from a stage of the old to the next of the new.

Given that it is quite a different program after the upgrade, isn’t it advised to do them in sequence and start from the beginning?

I have just started Stage 4 of ZPv2, so I think I’ll commit to a couple of cycles of this now before restarting on the new one.

I’m gonna weigh in here as an old dragon and say… move on to the next stage when you feel you are ready, haha :joy:

Hah, let me elaborate. When you feel solid that a certain stage has done all (or most) it can for you for now, weighing in that you also want to progress, then continue. Do you feel that there are still things that the current stage could and will help you with? Remember its a marathon, not a sprint.

Or in other words, if you are unsure if you should proceed after one cycle, consider doing one cycle more, and then continue.

After (2) cycles I generally think most people would be ok to progress. Especially with ZP.
That being said, I haven’t done DR in ZP myself before so I can’t say for sure what it’s like. This is just my personal approach.

What does your gut and intuition tell you?

Another question I would throw in is:
Do you think a second cycle of St 1 will bear more fruit now, or after you’ve went through all four stages?

Will stage 1 build momentum when you run it consecutively?
Or will it work better after you’ve went through the other stages as well?

For me i feel like dr st4 is where its at and getting there and staying there is most beneficial.

Both approaches are fully valid. Stage 4 is the most dense but if you can handle it well then thats :+1:
Stages 1-3 in general help you prepare for the last stage.

A third option is to do stage 1-4 once and then circle back for a second round.

It’s not so much about time frames as it is about the objectives, your results and expectations.

I feel like it’s a situation where you won’t really lose either way.

Not better or worse; different.

It’s more a matter of preference. And if you have no definite preference, you can just follow a standard progression and focus instead on observing what you are experiencing. Treat it as a Fact-Finding Mission.

By the end of your run, you may find that you do have some perceptions and preferences about the various qualities of the different stages. That will then guide how you run the program in the future.

A wise thing to do is to shift your focus from the subliminal to the projects the subliminal is supporting. That always gives a more useful index for engagement.

A cycle of DRR1 completed and washout too. Started DRR2 but thought I would share my experience with DRR1:

  1. The first week was relatively smooth sailing but the second week was hell due to releasing tons of fear, guilt and shame.
  2. Had to do a lot of self-forgiveness and acceptance to get myself to a balanced state of mind. Felt unhinged and helpless but thankfully it passed after the second week.
  3. Third week was almost like the first week. Recon-free but lighter due to all the blockages that were gone.
  4. Similar to what Uber_Elysium shared about PMO, the difference between DRRED and KB in relation to healing sexual issues is that KB1 directly accesses sexual energy to heal the issue (and is faster for me) but DRR1 felt more organic. DRR1 is slower but surer in removing root causes and more possibly accessing some hidden trauma that is the root cause of the issue. As such I found myself not desiring to even look at porn and my desire to read erotica is decreasing over the days.
  5. More acceptance of how life has been so far. Regrets are losing their hold on me. Thoughts on how I should have done so and so differently is now to a minimum. I realize that who am now is all the things I have done so far and to have done things differently would have just been a different me.
  6. Courage might be doing things even when we are fearful but I also think that removing a lot of our emotions of what we feared in our past and especially in our childhood is helpful since there is less to fear in our present. And we are less reactive and more mature when dealing with the day to day.
  7. Worries about future trials disappear like mist in the light of the morning sun as I relish the present moment. Why be too concerned about what is yet to come when we can be grateful and joyful to be living this beautiful life no matter which form it is in.
  8. Many things are in our control. And when they don’t feel like it, that’s fine too. We might have chosen to experience some points in our life to grow spiritually. So let it be. Let it grow (giggity).

@Lion : Are you running it solo or as part of a stack?

I ran DRR1 solo for the first two weeks and then added a Paragon custom to it.

Am creating two new customs right now to run along with DRR2. One for physical healing/shifting and another to handle some current needs.

I especially feel your 8th point tho i did think before dr red as well that we maybe choose challenges and life experiences for our growth, part is reliving past life imprints, traumas and things we didn’t master then.

Does DRR help with emotional regulation similar to DR Phoenix?

I will admit that I used to not believe this before but recently I do think it is so.

I can’t confirm this a hundred percent but certain discussions I had with wiser folks made me lean towards this theory.

At the same time, I do think there is a lot that can be changed through the power of our mind and how much we can raise our vibration enough to create the life we want.

How much is within our control and how much out of it is something am still trying to figure out but what am sure is that we taking responsibility for our own life is powerful instead of merely feeling like we are at the whims of it.

I think the emotional regulation of Phoenix is better since it is directly put into its script but DRR does have its own sense of emotional control through the release of emotional and mental trauma.

So we are able to exert more control over our emotions from running DRR due to less emotional baggage.

A few more results from DRR1:

  1. Am able to get more into my Joe Dispenza meditation practice. It doesn’t feel like a chore now. I simply do it. Although there are times when I start nodding off to sleep once in a rare while lol.
  2. Doing the Carnivore diet now and feeling great. Lost 5 kgs (11 lbs) in a month.
  3. The interesting thing about DRR recon as opposed to the recon from the previous version of DR is that it feels like we can do more on the newer version thanks to NSE. Recon on NSE can affect productivity but it is smoother and more manageable which is why am able to stick to my meditation practice and diet.
