Main Disc. Thread - The NEW Dragon Reborn RED

I thought the same thing yesterday

Ran a 30s loop a bit ago. As much as I want to bulldoze through whatever it is I need to work on I’m actually following the recommended listening instructions. I will try 40s on Wednesday and see how I feel afterwards.

That’s how I’m going my loops with this so far 10sec increments

Having the clarification in the DRR instructions is incredibly helpful. I was curious for a while as to when to increase and by how much. Question is now answered.

I still have a hard time wrapping my head around how 30s can produce results but it works so there is that

This is my second month running DR Stage 1. Should I do a washout before starting DR Red?

I’ve run through all of DR in the past (and again as DR ST4 ZPv2 for a bit last year). Would it be ok to jump straight to DR RED ST4?

It’s brand new. So I’d start fresh. Otherwise you’ll miss out on the new stuff.

Well, we don’t repress the light.
See, that is the issue I have with shadow work and light and dark. Light doesn’t equal good, dark doesn’t equal bad.

Light means the part of our identity that we live out and show, shadow means we don’t allow us to live that part and hide it away.

Shadow work is about getting to know yourself.

So I would say (to come back to topic) the first stage(s) should help to bring more of the shadow into the light, allow it to be seen, accepted and understood.

Dude, it’s not the first time you are wondering.
If you come from 16h listening then you thought less than 8h is crazy, then 1h a sub is crazy, then you think 15min is crazy and not enough.

…and it might just be the ego within yourself trying to come up with a reason/resistance to stop moving out of your comfort zone into the growth zone.

Again?

Always was the price for DR.

It’s going to be in the instruction manual. @SaintSovereign said it won’t be in the ZP explainer, but it will be in the instructional.

That’s great! Thank you

@SaintSovereign @Fire What happens if I have to make an effort to come with any memories as the questions above and even though I can remember something, I cannot link consciously an emotion with that? Nor negative, neither positive? N.B. I do no have Alzheimer or anything like that…
So, is it Dragon Reborn RED useful or I have to go with Gold? (It seems like a credit card picking question :grinning:)

You almost seem offended?

That’s fine. Not every memory needs to create an immediate emotional reaction. You can utilize those memories regardless of the emotional reaction to see how they have impacted your life. Furthermore, you don’t have to do it as a “one-and-done”. Over time you’ll likely have different memories/emotions/experiences pop up.

Finally, sometimes the emotional reaction is there, but you need to dig deeper. Say you can remember a rejection, but you don’t really feel anything when you remember that image. It’s whatever. But then if you dig into your feelings about the girl, your mind starts going “how dare she, that insert favorite curse word here!”. Or you think about the environment and feel sadness and nostalgia about it. Or you think about the general situation that happened (such as the workplace environment), and feel remorse about how it all played out.

Dig around, play with it, explore, poke at things and gauge your reactions.

You are both the scientist and the experiment; it can take some practice to play both roles, and for some types such mental exploration comes much more easily. Don’t get discouraged, simply use your intuition in how you go about it - we all have our unique approaches and gifts.

Thank you! That was really insightful. Directly from the artist!
Truly, Thanks!

This reminds me a girl that preferred a one of those “catholic priests’ assistant” than me to go out.
Being Jewish that hurts.

No @James.

My goal is to help people reach their potential and to make dope subliminals. Hence explaining things so that they are as clear as possible is something I personally take quite seriously, as each word holds incredible importance in how information is conveyed and thus how much benefit each person extracts from our titles.

If anything, I consider it a personal failure.

Could it be? Realistically I’d say it’s probably related to some deep subconscious structure (most likely related to some attempt of clinging to “rationality”, which most likely holds root in something even deeper) that you keep repeating that you do not understand and hence regardless of how in-depth my explanation is, it simply wouldn’t hold; but not explaining further and leaving you in the dark would have been an immoral choice I would not have chosen.

Hence why the personal failure, as I also have to take into account helping others who haven’t received answers yet.

It’s not a personal failure. From what I have been studying as of late It’s entirely about my ego and learning to let go of the need for control. I have to find a way to not just let go but also embrace radical acceptance.

This is entirely on me
