Meditating on a mountain in Tibet for years vs. being Spiritual while having sex with your wife.
Another way of coming at this question is to ask:
‘What’s your goal?’
(Trick question: Because clarifying your goal is actually a spiritual practice.)
Ran a single loop of Sanguine when I was on SB. SB had a bizarre effect on me, where anything I ran with it was amplified and integrated so quickly and intensely that I thought I had shifted realities.
Insane recon, recon I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, and then…12 hours later, I burst into laughter, I was on the phone at the time, and I legit laughed like the joker until the person on the other end got pissed and hung up. Then a wave washed over me.
The wave was exactly like the wave of relaxation and emotional release that happens on the tail end of a shroom trip.
It was, by far, one of the most humble yet profound and strange moments I’ve ever experienced.
Proved to me that a person with enough mental training and the right subconcious structures actually can access psychedelic states while sober.
Gurus talk about it, but it’s just so far from the norm that I internally called b.s. while nodding along to what the dude was saying…
Bigger point, felt to me like there was something in SB that amplified the integration process multifold, maybe it could be a module 🫣
Are you running alchemist or any spiritual titles as well, or would you attribute this solely to SB?
Have had some expieriences like your describing, but never with wealth/alpha subs
Nah, I was 90% solo SB, single loop of WB/week, at the time, I ran that one loop of Sanguine during this period.
However, very spiritual dude, constant practitioners, so if you’re in the ball park, it’s possible that I unconsciously guided SB toward spirituality…because I did have many other spiritual/type experiences on it.
Which sub is SB?
Regarding energetic development, i encountered an amazing book, puting together energetic development and trauma.
Can someone give me a hint how to make the link another post?

Joining y’all on the Alchemist now!
I replaced RoS in my original stack with this running ST1 and ST4 spaced further apart than I was using RoS. Also running less of LB than I did at the start of my stack, so the basics are Alchemist and KB ST4.
I was trying alternating because I’ve run the Qv2 and earlier ZP Alchemist before and got some proficiency with the earlier versions, and it made sense to run a few loops of Pathfinder to ensure the foundation was still solid.
Until last night I didn’t notice any considerable difference in strength. After my typical night time sabbatical / preparation I started a loop of ST4 and immediately within the first couple of minutes I could feel the density. I believe I ended up getting to 7 minutes 20 seconds before deciding I didn’t need the full 15.
There did seem to be real time effects on my meditation practice. I reached some pretty far out states of consciousness internally, although a lot of the specifics I can’t describe after the fact (which is probably a sign of a good level of absorption in practice)
I get the sense that I needed to integrate some of the newer material that has been added to the stages before the real time effects became noticeable. That’s why for most of the first what would be called a cycle here (this was released 19 days ago and the few loops I have run have been within that “cycle”), I didn’t notice as many significant effects other than the improved manifestation of source material. So some of the improvements may be delayed in appearing, especially if you have a hybrid stack like mine.
I really like alchemist. It brings back a lot of spirituality into my life that i dropped when i was listening to khan.
I guess the revisitation of spirituality will be different, as i am way more grounded now!
Understanding How my intuition works or one of the ways my intuition works is result comes from alchemist st1 may be !!
Songs and music (as I write songs and music ROM comes to mind maybe ) I found myself searching for certain songs that evokes certain states . Later I discover after life unfolding that this song is deeply related to events happening in my life . Picture flash this is one also
If at the end of Stage 1 we don’t know which path to follow or what we align with, should we continue on to Stage 2 or run another cycle of Stage 1?

Either one of those will work well. You can go through Stages 1, 2, 3, and 4 and then start over at Stage 1 again. In a way that actually gives you more freedom. Or you can aim for a relative ‘completion’ of each stage as you work through the entire program. That means staying in Stage 1 until you’ve completed it to your satisfaction, or attain some benchmark that you’ve set for yourself.

You don’t have to force yourself to choose a given path. Or to feel that if you haven’t locked into one path then you’re ‘not doing it right’. Some people work well with structured and even institutionalized paths and approaches. But not everyone does. And not at all times. One reasonable way is to ask yourself, 'Of everything that I have seen and read, experienced and imagined, what feels compelling and meaningful? What feels important? Deepening your relationship to whatever issues, contexts, and activities those are is going to be your right path. (Might be: exploring the nature of consciousness; refining your moral and ethical discernment; working to steward the planet; developing perspectives on economic systems and the nature of Value; building houses for people; cooking food for those who need it; healing people, plants, animals; boxing and fighting; firefighting; scubadiving and interacting with marine life; hunting and tracking; and on and on.)
Any of these could be what resonates with your deep nature. Whatever it is, foreground and prioritize it, and miraculously you will find that it actually also leads you to spiritual practices, teachers, and friends.
Spiritual practices are meant to be used contextually to deepen our engagement, connection, and integration. They’re not just empty exercises performed in a vacuum for abstract ‘self-development’.
You clean your lenses because you’re intending to look at something. But in the process, you may also learn to love the process of cleaning itself.
Thank You.
Woooow, and here I thought I knew the Q-store better than that, thanks @Lion!
Me, looking at my next custom idea:
Barely 2 weeks on microloops of alchemist and my depression is basically gone. This subs does some deep work on the positive outlook on life it feels like.
Great result buddy keep going which stage you used . I have that with alchemist st1
Stage 1 since two weeks…got a bit into my pattern of not getting enough and listened to 5 mins today instead of only a minute…quite heavy recon today in the form of fatigue. But other than this experience, alchemist has been an amazing experience. Connecting again with spirituality, during my 4month khan journey i put my focus away from it to a more grounded life.
2 more days until my washout from St1… I wanna know what the surprise is in St4. I won’t be skipping but man I’m building a spiritual custom around this.
