Good results, boss.
And you’re only showing your chin, I’d imagine the changes in 3D around you from head to toe and the confidence inside it dented into you is another story

I would not recommend this. I’d say to start with Symmetry by itself. If you get good results, consider a custom. If, and only if you get good results from both the major title and the custom should you get a QTKS. And by results, I mean tangible results where you can see clear improvement.
Wow great results!
I’ve been running HOT for 5 months now and swapped to my custom with the new physical shifting experience in august and been on it for about 2 months now. So it’s good to see someone else who has stuck to it for a while and get a better idea of the time scale of these changes.
Do you feel like qtks sped things up for you?
Acne along the jawline is typically hormonal for females. Castor oil packs over the liver and certain herbs helped me to clear up my mild acne. Paragon & Seductress helped too.
A little sugar won’t hurt ya, but your attitude about it will Balance is key.
I don’t eat sweets
If you live in the US, I highly recommend this product. It helped me with my acne. Her other products are great as well.
I’m curious about castor oil packs to get rid of my acne. Can you recommend one?
Thanks. Couple questions.
Do you reuse the same pack 60 times? Seems like after the first use it would leave a sticky mess. And this may seem like a silly question but wouldn’t the toxins be on the cotton from the first use also? Lastly, is there a heating element to this?
Thanks again for the recommendation.
You’re supposed to keep the pack in a glass container and store in fridge after each use. I’ve had no issues with mine and used it for months before replacing.
You can use a heating pad over the pack, but it isn’t necessary.
Hmm.
This is all very new to me so It’ll probably make more sense once I get it.
Thanks.
Some observations of my wife using HOT (together with Paragon):
My wife runs HOT now for two cycles and the changes became obvious:
It’s a bit like the filter of Instagram or Facebook where you look younger and more beautiful, but with the difference that this is in real life
All in all amazing results for only two months.
She also reported that running HOT makes her tired. Paragon, on the other hand, makes her feel refreshed.
Does this mean her cheeks have filled out?
Does it make her face look rounders?
For me, listening to it again this month three full loops, I noticed it felt like I was doing intense workouts when I wasn’t actually in the physical realm. This had me feeling some fatigue. Not too bad though.
It means her skin looks finer, softer and more “nurished” if that makes sense.
Her face doesn’t look rounder, but more youthfull. Maybe her cheeks are more filled out.
I’ve been eating like crazy for months now and I’m still the same weight. I lost more than 10kg ever since running HoT custom previously and I thought keeping that weight would be hard but I’m literally eating bagels and drinking Starbucks every day and the weight remains.
If any girls out there want to lose weight,
Spartan + HoT + fat burn module are the deadliest combo you could ever dream of.
Currently eating a bagel
I actually need to gain weight. Maybe I should get on the bagels and starbucks diet lol
Another update on the effects of four cycles of HoT on my wife: Her buttocks have become more rounded and fuller than ever before. While the kettlebell training we’ve been doing for the past year deserves some credit, I believe it’s largely due to HoT. She’s never had buttocks like this before, and I didn’t think it would be possible like that.
Another effect is that she’s been receiving compliments on her full lips. I’ve also noticed that they’ve become fuller and more sensual over the past few months.
Her body shape has also changed noticeably, becoming more feminine with a higher hip-to-waist ratio.
