I do creative exercises regularly to keep the mind sharp. I’m now coming up with extremely creative, creative exercises that increase my creativity even more.
This with Nouveau R.I.C.H. will have you innovating everything. Your brain will just work differently.

Very true, it’s also about the intention that you have as a person. I remember I always said I’m not somebody who creates, I’m a doer. Right now I’m writing my own lessons and people love it. You just have to start and try to get better at it. I even love to do it.

5 sets of brain burpees daily. 30 reps each, no rest in between.

What has your experience been? If I recall Azriel mentioned at one point the combo being pretty incredible.
Not exactly well it might vary from person to person. Here are my results.
Stark plus BL = feels like your high on caffeine however I kept on trying to get multiple tasks completed at once which never works with me.
Stark, BL and indexgate absolute lazer focus very productive.
BL and indexgate same as above.

Wow, Stark of all subs being this quiet when a new version of it is coming soon… I’m flabbergasted. Anywho, I wanted to add my input on what I would love with the new version.
This part of the post is what brought me here
With the new upgrade, I’d be happy if money management was included. The flamboyant lifestyle can be costly sometimes… I’m not the best yet at managing money. I spend money like it grows on trees lols. But at least now I’m working on that. I already have trackings in place. From sales, time, and money.
I tend to live in the present when I’m on Stark compared to when I’m not playing HoM, I’d like discipline to be included so I can sit through even during the boring tasks needed for the grand scheme of things.

Stark always makes me feel smarter, positive, lucky and charming.
I like the way I look in the mirror, the way I notice things that I appreciate about myself, my thoughts and thinking process is noticeably more sophisticated in terms of solutions to some problems, and I also get a boost in my income.
I also enjoy music more when I’m on it, and drawn to the more luxurious like travel, clothing, restaurants etc (I like that, always did)
As for ideas, I can only share some of the stuff i observed within myself.
I like the popularity of stark and being well regarded by people I care about, I’d like that to stay while respect and romance both for short term and long term remains, along with boundaries being respected and not being asked for too much favors by folks around me.
Not Stark specific but I noticed I tend to overthink on intelligence subs, if there’s something to keep that at in check and keep my mind calm, resilient and focused while upping my productivity and learning capacity I’d love that as well.
These are just some of my own experiences and wishlist that I recall, and that being said I trust SC and their implementation.

Just to reiterate, Stark OG is my favorite. It makes me feel happy, jovial, and talkative. However, when it comes to intellect and absolute focus, it falls short—that’s where ASBR or Limitless excels. This is why I want the ASBR intelligence scripts included in Stark OG.
Another thing: growing up as a kid, I was mentally abused by my family. They would say things like, “You’re not good enough, you’re crap academically. When you grow up, you’ll work as a stupid car mechanic.”
This happened every single day from the age of 11 onwards.
When I first ran ASBR, I was so surprised by how confident I felt about my intellect, but I became really serious. If Stark OG included this, I could have both a confident intellect and playfulness.

Looks like you need a lot of Love Bomb.
Did several cycles of LB last year @ksub however it didnt resolve the feeling of lacking intellect. when i dont lack intelect if that makes sense. On ASBR i was confident in what i said in meetings on a technical level.
ASBR did fix it but i was very serious on it it lacked the jovial state that stark og brought.
Maybe stack my ASBR again with LB.
