Journal, meditate, long walk, workout, activities that provide dopamine and not cheap ones, could also go for the cheap ones as well cos beneficial in the short run.

What activities for dopamine? 
I think we live in a dopamine/endorphin seeking world. People are living in overload.
This leads to spikes and crashes between dopamine/endorphins and cortisol.
I picture a person swinging back and fourth between dopamine and endorphin’s and just left feeling like shit.
I noticed which happy chemicals of mine were in excess and which ones were more depleted and gave those depleted areas more attention. I noticed where I made cortisol my enemy rather than befriending it. It can be a useful healthy tool or a dangerous harmful weapon.
For me I was more depleted of serotonin and oxytocin. I was a seeker of external stimuli (for perceived survival). The next fix. Instant gratification. Addictive tendencies. Anticipation and thrill seeking. What goes up must come back down. Numbing out pain.
It feels good to be free of that rollercoaster ride. 
Edit: I never felt long term satisfaction or accomplishment. It was always temporary. I would get things done quick, ace my college exams, get my body to where I wanted it to be, get the man of my “dreams”, etc. but still feel empty underneath it all. It’s fun playing with all 4 of these chemicals.

I got a possible solution on how to resolve the demands of those asking “dominance” in stark but stark innately not being that archetype.
In my experience seeking dominance over others usually results from primal fear (which is generated as a revenge if your boundaries aren’t strong and are repeatedly violated, or coz its a primal survival instinct).
So, putting strong boundary setting (the “boundary” module in q store possibly) and protective scripting (like ebon manver) would resolve any need for strong dominance.
This way stark retains its essence while possibly aiding to its famous lifestyle as strong boundaries and safety can only improve the user’s popular life.

Ascension already handles that. Which is why it’s long been recommended as a title to start with for that sort of foundation.
People can easily run Ascencion for a while, then switch to Stark.

Just seeing this - yeah. If I thought someone was slacking, giving direction but didn’t know what they were talking about or just incompetent they’d know. I started regularly calling people out. And god help you and anyone you’re with if you try to come for me.
Made working in an organization in a remote position challenging. If I were on site I’d get a promotion for sure. But working remote, things didn’t go so well.
One other thing I would like to add as a potential change/addition and it’s about the social part: I would love to have more of Daredevil into Stark, I think it could be a powehouse. Imagine someone with that fanatical belief in his product and add on top of that the completely uninhibited way of communication of Daredevil. Gathering fame more from how your beliefs are perceived by people interacting with you.

I agree with this, When I had daredevil stark shined way more. I know it already has it a bit but did not notice at that much.
But I bet the new stark will be a powerhouse. Now patience is key

I have just been chatting to my good friend lovage regarding this.
Its more of a motor mouth subliminal product. It removes anxiety and gets you talking and talking ahahahahah.
