Knowing the difference will help with picking the right module
Based on name only, Iād guess paragon is for healing injury or trauma in the body.
Health protocol would be something to enchance oneās health and body.

Possible Paragon is for general health improvement with lesser energy requirement while Health Protocol would be for more persistent illness that requires more energy.
EDIT: smaller injuries vs serious injuries as well.

Paragon is for healing pains, injuries, chronic conditions, etc.
Like Paragon Sleep is for Sleep related changesā¦
I speculate that Health Protocol will be for building personal health routines, environment design, diet, supplementation, biohacks, etc.

Like you I have many questions regarding C&C 
DRR could gain so much from paragon physical healing, regen sub emotional healing, Air sub for the mind and spiritual from alchemist.
+sub that could benefit most from anti recon.
This overall sub could benefit in so many ways update wise

Oh, I was thinking Paragon represented a combo of all 3 titles (Paragon Sleep, Health and Hair).
And those other 3 titles would all be drawn from it and may be used individually as just a single lighter title in oneās stack if desired instead of full on Paragon, which I imagine would be energy-intensive.
Damn, I hope Iām not wrong.
One of the things I so wanted for this release was that Paragon Sleep wouldnāt needed to be run as a separate title to Paragon Complete. Since good sleep is so critical to good health, I kind of regard the current version of āParagon Completeā as being distinctly incomplete without Paragon Sleep in it! 
Not to disparage Paragon Complete though; an incredible title that has already helped me a lot.
But my sleep sucks since I dropped Paragon Sleep 
Too much awesomeness, not enough slots!

Would it be possible to release a version of WDB with more/full physical shifting, or is it a bit more complicated than just copy/pasting the scripting from Wanted?

@SaintSovereign : At this point, just release a physical shifting module pack. I donāt really care for physical shifting but looking at the demand and how many people want you to add it to damn near every single new title, just throw them some red meat!!!

Height is definitly an important thing for as long as history as is looks
People can live whole different lives just because of their looks
A 6ā2 model face will have a different life to a 5ā5 ugly one (not to offend anyone)
