Main Idea Thread - Paragon Complete

In particular, I think Coherent Breathing (also known as Resonant or HRV Breathing) is something that can be scripted for, because it’s not dealing with precise timings, rather it just reduces breathing to 5-7 breaths per minutes, which I think appropriate scripting can help become automatic when at rest. This breathing technique helps in regulating the autonomic nervous system which can have almost profound effects on heart rate variability, relaxation, blood pressure, inflammation and even meditation.

Based Buteyko enjoyer

EDIT: Turns out I wrote it before haha

Buteyko is why i asked them to try updating paragon sleep to making us only need 2 hours of sleep since the advanced users of buteyko only needed that much

Or paragon could be the one to also make us need less sleep via buteyko

that’s not always the case unfortunately, and when it is the case, it still requires an insanely high control pause - at least 180 sec

In the Buteyko’s lecture at MSU, it’s mentioned that there’s an old man with CP of 240s and even he needs 4 hours of sleep

The only other person who reported 2 hours of sleep was Buteyko himself at 180cp

Other than those two, I know one guy with >180CP and he sleeps 6-8 hours. He never did Buteyko though, he achieved this control pause through yoga and pranayama, raising kundalini, etc., VERY advanced dude

And I also read about a woman on some Russian forum. She never mentioned sleep or control pause but she had some insanely high results at the Frolov breathing device - 120s PRA which corresponds to some >120s CP. She reported that the needs for food and drink have lowered drastically, never mentioned sleep

I myself got to 60s of morning CP when was obsessing about Buteyko, and my sleep was about 5 hours on average. Yet I know people with similar numbers whose sleep didn’t decrease at all.

It seems that with sleep it’s hit or miss - reduces for some, doesn’t reduce for others.

EDIT: TRE can reduce sleep though. David Berceli, the creator of TRE, mentioned that he doesn’t even sleep every night anymore. Don’t know how true that is. After over a year of TRE, my sleep is still 7-9 hours

Systemic enzyme therapy is very effective for anything ending in “itis” - (serrapeptase and natokinese)

Any brand or supplement recommendations?

I’ve tried different enzymes before, and they do support active recovery immensely, but had minimal impact on lingering issues, although 3 weeks was the longest I was consistent with it.

Separate from dietary changes, I’d love to see power of new Paragon directly address these

This guys stuff is kinda overpriced tbh but its the gist of what to look for (serrapeptase and natokinese) good to have both in it , would try to find it cheaper elsewhere

In terms of anti aging i dont think we need an actual title for it,people have this idea that aging = detereoration wich is wrong as long as your optimally healthy youll live a long life and not deteriorate

Weston a price came along alot of people who lived into their 100s whilst being healthy having al their teeth no decay and still walking long distances (inuits etc)

So in other words this is the best title for anti aging as it gives health

It takes long term use and consistency to deal with chronic issues, but I haven’t run Paragon long term so can’t say how effective it is for that, and the sub’s focus is too narrow for me to become a permanent part of my stack given my issues are manageable in other ways.

Also I once asked support if Paragon was useful for autoimmune conditions, which mine is. The response was that there was no scripting in Paragon or SPS: Immune System for balancing the immune system, but rather they boosted the immune system.

So I restrict Paragon to short runs to avoid potentially making my issues worse.

So I’m hoping the new Paragon is more suitable for long term use and has broader balancing and optimizing effects.

I still really like the idea of a two-track approach that I previously suggested - track 1 for short-term intense healing for acute conditions, track 2 for long-term use for balancing and optimizing health and vitality and gently addressing chronic conditions while preventing flare-ups.

Not sure how much traction this idea has with SC, but I hope they at least consider it.

Please tell me theres also something for hormones

Im guessing its coming rather soon and will also pave the way for legacy of the spartan and spartan apex since paragon is a apart of them both

I’ve actually been wondering if the new Paragon will be specifically designed to combine with KB and/or Aeon for an advanced vitality and anti-aging stack. I think that would be excellent.
