Haven’t ran PN much surprisingly, stacked along side Wanted over the holidays. With sparing as much detail as I can, after just two 3 minuite loops, Nile’s Jr is still very sore from multiple back to backs, and I am potentially going to be a father lol. EDIT 2: Also, I don’t see any conflicts between Dream Boy + Primal Nights + RICH Trader. It’s not the most cohesive stack, but there’s nothing that should disrupt the trading aspects. But, realistically, with the news you just dropped, I would say Dream Boy + Emperor: Crown & Capital + RICH Trader. Swap for Lineage (if you like it), and create that legacy wealth and foundations for the kiddo.

Is WDB physical shifting confirmed?
Very light. It’s a lightweight title, designed to fit into a stack easier. Physical shifting has some serious energetic demands. There’s new aura tech, however. More effective, cleaner.
How much time should I washout from Wanted before using WDB?
A 10min shower should work, 5min hot followed by 5min cold and you’re good to go 
What of I go into a sauna and then immediately ice bath? Can I cut the time to 2 minutes each? 10 minutes is very long and I want to use the title as soon as possible
Trust yourself, sauna and ice bath sound amazing 
Seriously I miss sauna, I live in Norway but am spending the winter in Spain right now and can’t find a sauna, I use it for detox but all they have here is either a very expensive full spa experience or a gay club sauna

I usually take a very hot shower for detox followed by a very cold shower.
That’s the best I can do, I have no sauna and no ice bath.
There’s got to be a public sauna where you live if it’s central or north europe?
Your skin will look a million dollars and you will be shining after a session, best practice for clearing up all toxins and it’s usually cheap, at least in Europe.
There are public saunas, maybe I will try one, why not.
