Because it’s not necessarily a “foundational” title in a manner of speaking. It’s very much something that triggers a form of “Ascension.” But of course, that is always the basic solution – I’m just reluctant to add more SKUs. We’re very much dedicated to upgrading the products you’ve already invested in.

• Ascension as a ANOTHER alpha title that’s faithful to the original but possibly trite af when you could use Emperor
• Ascension with a remarkable new angle that fulfills the goals of the OG (and probably better at doing so), but different than the original

I don’t own Ascension but my logic is anyone who already owns it and likes it the way it is can always hold on to their current audio file.

That’s what I’m gonna do with KB and Heartsong when they get updates, to me these 2 are just fantastic as they are and whatever update comes I’m holding on to the current versions

That’s what we were thinking too. Ascension came out in the very beginning, and then we kept making alpha titles and the various spin-offs, putting Ascension in a strange place where just doing a basic faithful upgrade wouldn’t quite be fair to the customers.

… and so another idea we started researching came into view as the solution…

We are working on this, and it is near completion. We’re simply debating whether it will be a new product or an upgrade. I’m also wondering if people will think that we’ve lost our minds regarding it’s mechanism of action, rofl. It is the simplest of ideas, but the one who really thinks about it will understand and reap incredible results.

I’d like for it to be the upgrade to Ascension, but given it’s one of our first titles EVER, so many people own it that I don’t want to upset their expectations too much, because this would cause a riot, rofl. That’s why I’m looking at it for other titles.

Do it as a new title since you foresee controversy. Then the people who appreciate it will buy it. I’m always for new SKUs, you guys already give away so much for free.

Actually yes, this is a good point. Let Emperor be the defacto alpha title, and riff off Ascension in a new direction

If we want a more basic alpha title to toy with/upgrade more faithfully, there’s always Ascended Mogul

There are still an awful lot of titles to be reimagined and while I love the very baroque approach of one concept (alpha) and the main challenge being to find new angles and surprising forms for it, if you got an idea with which a title can stand on its own, it makes IMO sense to take it.

There is overall sometimes a tendency to cheer for new titles in a field of interest, just because it’s for “the right team”, but not because one would use it. (I might be guilty of this too. cough UA cough)

It’s probably for the better, Emperor, Khan, GLM, upcoming GLM : Commander, and more. We have a lot of choice and flavors for “alpha” or “masculinity” titles.

The idea proposed fits Ascension’s title and thematic. I think it’s a good idea.

I always had in mind emperor was a more agressive version of Ascension with money and smart related scripting, mainly in the vein of solo entrepreneur, is this still appropriate to say?

Though I don’t see why this couldn’t be the new Ascension but a new title I am not sure what other people would expect from a reworked Ascension. Why changing for the sake of changing.

If you think it will make Ascension better at achieving its obejectives, we trust you guys. We cannot please everyone anyway, and you guys being the creators know more about titles than we do is also another point.

What would everyone like to see?

• RICH with money manifestations dialed to the max and manifesting it against all odds

• RICH Trader, including for getting to that “FU Money” level in the fastest way possible

• Astral Projection X

• RoS

• Love Bomb’s self forgiveness feature updated with the Inner Spa from Dragon Reborn Regeneration and the internal resilience and grounding from new GLM.

• KHAN Black Stage 1 with added focus on Root Chakra healing, development and traumas. Since the Root Chakra is the most important one to make it in this physical world and a prerequisite to even start working with the Sacral Chakra’s sexual energy.
  KHAN Black Stage 2/4 with added nervous system strengthening.

• Paragon Sleep updated with nervous system regeneration.

• Heartsong updated with the childlike wonder features from Beyond Limitless Into The Wonder → will open mind and heart up for the possibility of really meeting “The One”.

Stark Black upgraded with:

• the lessons learned from EE (for the productivity part)
• the lessons learned from QL4 (for the genius part)
• the lessons learned from the new EoG 1 and upcoming RICH upgrade (for the wealth part)
• the lessons learned from the nervous system regeneration from Dragon Reborn Regeneration (for the resilience part)
• and finally added with the looks increase part from the new WANTED. Enhancement of facial looks, especially the face, is the only major feature that ASBR is lacking in my opinion.
  Why should this be added? Because Looking Good and Fame exponentially synergize together!
  Having a more good looking face will also make sure that ASBR gets the most out of it when used for social media, social media marketing, live product presentations and everything where people looking at your face will decide between success or rejection, between getting the job/contract/resources or not.
  A better looking face will also enhance the NRE part of ASBR.

As a past heavy user of Ascension I would release the “foundation” title as the Ascension upgrade.

• Those that return to Ascension want to cover the absolute basics.
• New users get recommended Ascension as the first sub. Now we have Genesis OG as the official first title, Ascension could be the prep sub.
• An upgraded version ends up being a refined, higher octave than the original. Regen got the inner spa treatment, Wanted a significant rewrite, GLM became stoic.
• Status, romance, self betterment, drive can sit well with the aims of the foundation title. If not, a user can always stack it with Genesis OG or another title.
• Foundational issues keep cropping up even when new upgrades get released. (Me with Wanted for example)
• Ascension’s past aggressive self drive could be remade with the quiet self grounding and assuredness (from GLM)
• Users like me, @Fractal_Explorer @subliminalguy @CurlyGirl have had unfair early battles with just existing as a perfectly ok human being where feeling good about oneself is a basic need of ours.
• Ascension is marketed as the Alpha Male sub. The new version can keep the Ascension theme but it is the Ascension of the self. Rise yourself up to the challenge or sooner other slogan.
• Emperor is the real Ascension upgrade. Better to upset Ascension fans than Emperor fans 🫣
