Main Disc. Thread - Season 4: Into the Wonder [9.28.25]

Personally I think mp3 is more than enough. But some folks might prefer flac.

For me it’s similar to the difference between having decent headphones and high end headphones. I prefer decent headphones and decent audio aka mp3.

Flac offers high-fidelity audio without data loss, giving you CD or better audio quality. But to maximize flac you need high quality headphones (wired, open-back) and external media apps. There’s a lot of hoops to jump when you go down the lossless rabbit hole. Only go flac if you actually want to invest in high quality audio.

I thought about getting flac for my Dream Boy custom, but it limits hardware options making the whole thing a hassle.

Honestly, in regards to enhancing the custom – if you can REALLY commit to the progressive microloop strategy and you’re an experienced user, going with Terminus is the better buy. We have observed people getting better results with .flac, but if you have to choose between .flac vs. Terminus and you have the funds for the Terminus upgrade, I’d go with that. Just proceed slowly.

I’m intrigued.
If you say that it’s better within those criteria, then it’s even more reason to consider it.
I’ll try it in 2-4 months.

If I remember correctly, the recommendation for terminus was different; instead of every other day, it was a few rest days in between. How does this convert to the new schedule? I might have missed it but I couldn’t find it in the new instruction.

Can whole heartedly agree.#

(Only looking for store sub flac to compare custom)

What about .flac + terminus? @SaintSovereign

Would that give better results than normal + solace?

Full loops but only one QTKS custom and one normal custom.

@SaintSovereign I don’t know at all the custom shop, and how it is working.

For the persons that own regular store titles, could you put in place options to buy the titles in .flac or Terminus ? Like more expensive than the regular mp3 audios. Also for the persons that do have the regular mp3 versions, an option to get the upgrade while adding few bucks more ?

Like let’s say for example that the .flac cost 50, if you own a store title you could add 15 Dollars more to get the .flac version of it etc.

I tried flac for one custom and haven’t bothered again.

The ultrasonic flac file bitrate is 212kbps, which is just the (shifted) vocals. Masked is different because it also contains the mask, but I’ll bet the vocals are the same bitrate quality as in the ultrasonic.

But the placebo effect is real, so if you think it gives better results then go for it. Unless i just ruined it for you, in which case :man_shrugging:

Would upgrading a custom from Standard ZP to Terminus without changing any modules count for the Discounted ZP Rebuild?

yes, you just pay the build difference as an extra

It all depends on the nature of your own nervous system. In many cases (more than people realize), “less is absolutely more.” Far too long has the mechanism of the mind been the only thing targeted for transformation within the subliminal industry and make no mistake – we do not blame anyone or claim any kind of superiority, for we did the exact same thing.

But the health and the regulation nervous system – an extension of the mind, and the body being an extension of both of them are equally important. It is interesting that Western sciences are just now starting to understand what the Far East philosophies and religions have known all along, with the West pouring the wisdom of the Far East into this easily palatable concept of “nervous system regulation.” But, I digress.

But within what is emerging, it is much more important to find your “sweet spot,” the balance between being able to process and take action without trigger reconciliation – which goes beyond just the mind, but the capacity of the nervous system itself. Overloading your system does not lead to better results. If anything, you’re reinforcing the very fears the nervous system is “holding.” With overexposure, you’re essentially triggering yourself with the hopes that you’ll somehow “pull it off.” But that is transformation through fear and intensity ALL the time. I’m not going to say that fear and intensity has no place. My nervous system reacts to pressure with clarity. It is strange. The more frustrated I am, the more efficient I become.

I had to ask myself finally where this came from. And I recognized that it came from having a rough childhood and early adulthood, where I identified – completely unconsciously – with being the “resilient survivor.” The one who overcomes obstacles using sheer will when no one else sees an positive outcome. And yes, while that has built an incredible amount of resilience, I’m feeling extremely burnt out from it. After Dragon Reborn: Regeneration + GLM, I am finding that my nervous system and unconsciously thoughts / drive are now moving me away from drama almost automatically. I now naturally refuse to take part in people’s illusions, projections, dramatic outbursts – none of it has anything to do with me.

I found this very interesting, and one of my closest colleagues, outside of @Fire, this is the only person who I will take personal life advice from because they consistently hit the mark noted that in their own research, even a person’s nervous system has an archetype and that the personality seems to be the outward reflection of that archetype. They are going to share their information later, this framework that they are creating to allow people to somewhat understand themselves more.

But as a taste, he noted that my own nervous system archetype is that of “guardian / regulator,” NOT healer. He noted that the healer archetype – like a therapist – co-processes energy with another person. The client dumps their negative energy onto the therapist and the latter will process those thoughts, that energy with the client. The therapist’s nervous system, if they are truly being honest with themselves about their vocation, has built in mechanisms to discharge that energy. He noted that this is not how I operate. When people project, or try to dump things onto me, my natural and instinctive reaction is to fire back, let them know that I am not responsible for the choices they have made in their own life.

He noted that this necessarily isn’t a “personality quirk,” but rather me honoring my own nervous system, which isn’t well equipped for 1-on-1 relationships where people want to use my depth as their container. My system is collective focused, absorbing the moods and thoughts of the collective itself, which doesn’t leave a lot of space for those types of things. He said you can even see it in the way @Fire and I both seem to operate – we’ll let debates on the forum go on long enough so that everyone gets their viewpoint (since again, collective feedback is where we’re oriented) and when the conversation gets too hot, one of us steps in and regulates the situation to bring things back to a neutral state where people can actually heal. We work in tandem with those who have healer archetypes here, but we are not necessarily the healers.

This BLEW my mind, especially in regards to how reconciliation forms and expresses. And I give this information for two things – one, to let everyone know that trying to constantly increase the “power” of a stack or custom is very linked to the capacity of your nervous system, how it processes information, how it expresses inner information through the mind and body. Two, that when building customs and the such, honoring this is how you discover the best results.

You shouldn’t be frustrated if you “have” to run a less powerful title, or include less modules, or force yourself into more intense builds because someone else does. You should be focusing on what works for you and why.

And yes, everyone – of course the new title deals with this. We will be releasing more information very shortly.

This is cool as fuck, and lowkey groundbreaking.

Whenever your colleague publishes, I hope you can share the final result with us, as I am very interested in going deeper on this.

Guess this nervous system thing will be the latest add on to zpu and 1 step closer to eliminating recon

Guess the new title will help increase the power of our nervous system?

A nervous system archetype, very very interesting.

Not to get depressing BUT in terms of trauma responses at the core you can see that in the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn reactions. I guess that would be the most extreme end of how the nervous system reacts under a lot of pressure and defaults to its built in nature. But I don’t think I’ve ever seen examples of the strengths of variations in nervous systems. It just seems like society does tend to lean towards only certain ones being favorable.

Dont forget circu*cision also probably has an affect on the nervous system seems like a great deal of trauma very early on

Hope i dont sound silly haha

If a pure " Nervious system regulation " title is being considered. Why not create it is the same spirit and function as Ascension Chamber was? 7,5 minutes track that could be used as a 4th once a week stack booster…

But then again, that was made way earlier in the ZPV2 Era… far earlier than the new instructions manual

The nervous system scripting has been very big for me, something I overlooked at first. TBH, a couple years ago I don’t think I even knew what feelings were, obviously the concept and idea of them, but I don’t think I consciously “felt” much.

Spending more time alone has helped with this- especially intentionally without tech/numbing.

Had a huge release last night during yoga where I literally felt the unblocking and letting go of sensations, which led me to being aware that I had major blocks “receiving”. Wealth-Love-etc, and I think without the nervous system scripting this would always be in the way of me really getting the results I desire, because I wasn’t allowing myself to receive them, at least to the capacity/extent I desire.

Tons of other break throughs like this, more detailed in my off line journal; but it feels like it’s helping strip away a mask that I wasn’t even aware I was wearing. A lot of this started with GLM- but continuing with rich and C&C.

My brother in spirit, this has been included in the Anti-Recon since the beginning of that tech. It’s been included for quite some time. It ramped up around GLM and Dragon Reborn: Regeneration. What we’re doing now is improving that tech, and it has been largely successful, with people around the forum and support noting how recon (especially when the progressive microloop strategy is employed properly) feels “less stressful,” and they overall feel calmer and more regulated.

Same, with the nervous system regulation of WDB I finally feel feelings on a deeper level, I can actually feel the emotions flowing around my body and more easily identify and control the emotion.

That was only a week ago though so maybe too soon?
