@SaintSovereign - is there any relationship between Adaptive Scripting and MDFY: Freedom?
Am assuming M:F gives a custom more breathing space to execute and AS does something similar when it allows the title (or custom) to start results based on our current level of identity and circumstance.

Will have to knock one out unfortunately
Or maybe I’ll run an experimental stack and swap out with RICH every other listening day

Have it in my custom and I personally do feel similarities and they both go together very nicely. Helps to that I only do one listening day per week so Freedom really comes in clutch

I’ve definitely ranted about this in one of my journals
I knew healing wasnt the holy grail it was made out to be by most people. Over the years I’ve talked to people with varying degrees of trauma. I found that they still struggled at times and the expectation on themselves that they shouldn’t is what crushed them the most. Not to mention the systems in place which continually encourage abandonment of needs and hurting those who are not as functional due to no fault of their own.
When needs aren’t met, boundaries violated, rough coping skills develop. Healing would imply that an individual knows how to get back to a place they never had. Less introspection is needed, less healing, more focus on social bonds, trusting others, community ,and learning deep down that it’s ok to not be ok.
I think self growth is important. But it can quickly turn into a perfectionist cocoon of “I need to fix this thing before I can show the world who I am”.
Healing turned from a form of self care into another checklist item to get to some idealized state someone came up with that’s completely subjective and not a one size fits all.

This is the closest thing that I can think of an endgame subliminal where, after a long self improvement journey, you come back full circle to your True Self: the ultimate destination. The Circle of Life.
