A few notes everyone:
Again, support is not being run by an AI. Please stop sending prompts – it makes everyone’s lives harder.
And the person who sent a ticket in asking if a human or AI is doing your ticket. It is a human. That human was me. Please stop this behavior. We will start closing tickets that do this with a standard message to resubmit the ticket with an actual question. This also includes questions asking us to give you 55 modules for a specific topic. There is a human – either a support staffer, @Fire or myself – that is curating an AI knowledge base response.
These types of tickets are REALLY slowing us down to the point where we have no choice but to ask you to resubmit, which puts your ticket at the bottom of the queue. Ask a clear, direct question (exactly as you did before) for much faster service.

Or it might be something as straightforward as a mindfulness sub. Everyone can use it, simple but incredibly deep, it’s perfect for the adaptive scripting due to the topic’s universality, low barrier of entry and depth.
