Anyone who has a QTKS custom I’d love your feedback/answers on this and I think this would help the forum a lot. I know we can see it journals but if someone (both guys and girls) is willing to share results I’d love to read it (maybe we can even make a thread dedicated to QTKS results):

How’s your results with a QTKS custom compared to a normal custom?

Are you seeing faster and more wow/mind-blowing results?

Also would love to hear you results comparing QTKS to normal custom as far as physical shifting results if they we’re faster and if you saw the physical shifting results you wanted more than a normal custom.

I’d add CWON into this list
My best physique and overall wellbeing was during my year run of CWON
Eating was cleanest
Lots of time in nature (hikes/beach days )

Thinking about a vitality and CWON name embedded

Yep I have both first and last name. I noticed some benefit initially with the sub feeling like its going deeper. I founds its not such a significant difference but enough to keep doing it in the future. I wouldn’t go out of my way to rebuild a custom out of FOMO.

I think @jelly will be able to tell you more about it.

I’ve been waiting over two months for a response about adding the last name to rebuilds and the last NE I got only came with my first name so YMMV. They’re better than just first name though.
