When you get to 15mins listening time, do you feel like you don’t need to listen often? I’ve recently gotten to 15mins correctly. Now, I don’t use the regular listening pattern. I would listen to today, and then top up when “I need to”. Pretty interesting.

The only title I listen to at 15 minutes, WDB/w Main Character energy, I play once every two weeks. I follow a 10-week MWF schedule with WDB on alternative Fridays. I feel the weekend long rest period helps with processing full scripts. That said, I’ve been playing WDB since release. So i can afford to give it less priority to in my stack without dampening results.

tldr, I think you’re right. When I’m hitting 15 minutes consistently, I feel I can play a title less, so that means longer rest periods or lower priority in my stack.

This most likely would NOT be like the OG superchargers – a guided meditation track, as I feel like many can do this themselves now, with the tools available on the web. This would be more like a 30s microloop with a narrow, specific topic. I quite enjoy the short term boost u get immediately after running subs. How would that work with this listening format?

Example U need to give a business presentation on Wednesday. (U ran true sell last Saturday). Then U run 5secs of true sell on the presentation day and ace it.

We’re considering testing a 3-5 minute build that you run once per week.

I know you’re saying this is for future and not to worry about it now.

But if I have 2 dense customs coming up

RICH/C&C and LoTs/WANTED

Does that mean and given all the new tech that it would be wiser to run them:

Day 1: RICH/C&C
Day 2: OFF
Day 3: LoTs/WANTED
Day 4: OFF
etc etc etc

In other words run only 1 custom per listening day over both customs?

That’s up to the individual. I will say that with my GLM + DR: Regeneration + Summertime “life changing experience,” I ran less than 7 minutes for each title. We’re considering testing a 3-5 minute build that you run once per week

In regards to listening, you can ALWAYS lower exposure without any issues. Any listening schedule that limits exposure (within reason) is fine. It’s going up that requires a bit of skill.

I’d love to see an article like this comparing OG Paragon and Paragon Vitality, when Vitality is released. These types of articles are extremely helpful when making stack decisions.
