Just want to add my 2 cents-

I did this in 2023. I overloaded my energetic system hard and it’s not fun to say the least.

I did the Middle Pillar ritual daily. The MP is a normal semi beginner exercise in the GD system, but what a lot don’t know is there’s more advanced versions (they’re all in the book “Middle Pillar” by Israel Regardie).

I got intrigued by this because I felt it “doing something” and within a few weeks I almost became obsessed to the point where I was doing the long 35m version daily. Sometimes twice daily. Keep in mind at this time I had NO clue or knowledge about energy body or meridians or any of that. I got to the point where I would begin to sweat during the ritual. I took this one step further-I would purposely put on air conditioning down to 70 degrees where its chilly for me. I would strip down to my boxers, and do the ritual and by the end, my arms and chest and back would be covered in sweat. Keep in mind this ritual you are standing completely still and only “movement” is the larynx vibrating Hebrew god names for each sphere. One session in particular I had such laser like focus and intense visualization of the beam of light and spheres , that I ended the session with a puddle of sweat under my feet when starting again with cold chilly climate.

This also produced high intense spiritual states, very intense synchroneities and overall bliss(I should state here that I am sound of mind, never been diagnosed with any psychiatric conditions and I have never hallucinated. I do take psychedelics from time to time but I’ve never hallucinated while sober).

But there were symptoms I ignored(tho I had no idea these were symptoms) and that was my emotions were an intense roller coaster. One day nirvana and laughing in prayer because my love for life was so high, and then next day being extremely agitated or depressed. This roller coaster kept getting worse and worse.

To not make this post ultra long, I finally collapsed and burned myself out. I went thru a very dark period in my life as a result. I almost wish I could post photos of myself to show, but at the start of 2023 I had a very bright vitality glow in my face, and by the end of 2023, I looked like those educational videos of faces of meth they show to keep you from trying drugs(just so no one misunderstands, I did not do hard street drugs, but my face/vitality/body were that fucked up from energy burn out).

When Fire once in a while pops in here and tells people to be very careful doing YT Kundalini breathing techniques because you can fuck yourself up if you are just putting high charge into your system all the time-he is not kidding in the slightest sense. I have been on the receiving end of what happens when you put high charge thru your system non stop. Unlike burning your hand on a stove where pain is immediate, you don’t feel the damage you’re doing to your nervous system and energy circuits until it’s too late.

Today I am doing qi gong and the point of writing this post is to detour anyone from going thru what I went thru.

Go slow, build and condition your energy body/psyche/nervous system and do not chase high ecstasy spiritual states.

This was a really interesting read

Have not really ventured into spirituality, so it’s interesting to read about experiences like this

I am not really doing too much and feeling quite balanced, relaxed, calm, grounded and at ease. I just know I have the capacity for way more and wondering what is still holding me back from seeing such profound results consistently since sometimes I have a sudden burst of very incredible results. I am pondering why it is not there consistently however.

Stuck to my stack now for nearly 3 months and went from 30s to 3-5m which I have been hovering around for awhile. I am aching for deeper breakthroughs and more life-changing shifts in my life now.

Is there something in Zp which adjusts all results according to our own rate of development? Because sometimes I feel like my results are outstanding and then other weeks nothing much that I can point out? I don’t think this questioning you mentioned is wrong btw @SaintSovereign I think it is probably part of the anti-recon and helping me understand what is still preventing me from better executing my stack.

Of course. In the early SubClub days, we paid a lot of money to consultants to advise us on what to include. The thing is, many of these consultants can’t mentally bridge the gap of who they were and who they are, and much of the advice they gave only applies to them as they are NOW. It wasn’t universal and was very experiential.

Our new method is very collective focused, looking at the trends, patterns and silent requests (what we understand when we observe from a detached and rational approach), and giving customers a unified title with what they’ve asked for, mixed with our expertise.

And that gives the impression that we seem to “know what the collective needs” and can respond, but the truth is that you all tell us in the various idea threads and through casual conversation with each other. We consider ourselves custodians – one who listens, maintains, delivers and protects – rather than “leaders.” And since most everyone here gives informative feedback – “positive” or “negative” – it gives us A LOT to work with when upgrading titles, as long as we remain detached observers, taking great measures not to project our own views into the process. Yes, the ethos of the company as seen on the About Us pages is our mission and we will hold ourselves to a higher perspective, but our goal is see you all succeed.

So yes – and everyone interested in trading, jump on the trading threads and keep sharing your thoughts. It doesn’t matter if you think the idea is “dumb,” because we won’t. We’re reading between the lines and looking for patterns and commonalities, so we’re not looking at the “outer form” of the feedback. We’re applying discernment to see what you’re REALLY trying to say.

Using the “masculine edge” thing as a point, let it be known that neither @Fire nor myself are opposed to creating titles with a deep sense of drive, vitality, or even outer dominance. The issue with me is that “masculine edge” is too vague to do anything with, since many people – and read the thread to confirm – already feel that the title DOES give them a masculine edge. Nonetheless, some people wanted something more and what we’re trying to do is press on everyone a bit to get them to speak with clarity and conviction, rather than vagueness.

lol was going to post exactly this, take action is the results enhancer. On any of these subs.

I stagnate and get off track at times to, but anytime I devote massive action towards an area of focus while running a sub relevant to that action the results are :exploding_head::exploding_head::exploding_head: the type your looking for.

Back in the Q-days while running Iron Throne me and a buddy would go out and literally challenge each other to do 100 approaches per day, going out every single day, doing extreme social pressure challenges, and the results literally changed my belief system permanently, and haven’t had issues with women to this day.

Sales as well, used to suck, ran sales subs along with hundreds of cold calls per day, for multiple years, and no longer suck at sales.

Currently running Emperor and GLM after spending the past year basically screwing around and partying, decided to cut off smoking weed and drinking my weekends away, doing things I don’t want to do, and having those massive breakthrough of results again. But was definitely feeling like things were coasting while running this stack for three months, subtly making lifestyle tweaks, and then this week felt like one of the breakthrough moments.

Most of the time, less is more, and what I want to highlight is that a lot of Subliminal Club titles have been slept on, which I find very unfortunate.

I’m thinking of titles like Sanguine, Inner Circle, Emperor: Will to Power, SPARTAN: The Beast Unleashed, Paragon Sleep, Lineage, etc.

I really appreciate what Saint pointed out about people working in sales who embody the mindset of taking action.

But, like everything, some people are ready to take action right away, while others need to remove some emotional or mental baggage before they can build the right frame. That’s why I strongly encourage future subliminal listeners to run a few cycles with titles that support their mental health before diving into programs that require a huge amount of action.

Take a proper spa season for 3-6 months and every sub (& life) will easier after it.

That’s a great point. Masculine edge is indeed extremely vague, when you think masculine edge I see you have a totally different vision than myself, and that’s probably indicative of a lot of users on the forum.

It was a nice analysis to do, what is a “masculine edge”.

Making me even more excited for the upcoming RICH Trader! Subs at the moment are helping a lot, but are not quite on the bullseye for what I’m looking for.

But I’ve noticed some great improvement with the current titles avaliable and my efforts.

Because the subtle results build into larger results. That’s the cycle – it’s not even Zero Point that causes this, it’s just the way nature is. Everything operates in cycles. Day and night, seasons, the rotation of the earth. A boxer throws a million punches before he enters the ring in a professional fight, and I bet throughout many of those training sessions, they questioned whether they were making progress as well. One day, they recognize some subtle change to their style that ends up sending their fighting prowess to extremes.

Zero Point helps you latch on to the process and helps you accelerate it. From subtle to breakthrough, back to subtle, to breakthrough – and the wielder must learn how to maintain a stable inner core while this occurs, so they aren’t gravitating between high and low. I mean, really think about the nature of the products we’ve been releasing. ALL of them are designed to help you build a foundation based upon your own constitution. HERO: The Light That Blinds, GLM, Dragon Reborn: Regeneration, the upcoming Genesis: Ascension. Even titles like Alchemist: Singularity, helping you to resolve duality within the self.

There’s a reason why these are all so grounded, focusing on embodiment, calming the nervous system, stabilizing the mind and emotions. Think about what’s happening in the world, as the media and social media blasts our nervous systems into anxiety mode 24/7. Always SOMETHING going on – 3I/ATLAS and aliens, Epstein Files, yada yada yada. The United States of America, with all it’s posturing and external might is SUCH A FEAR BASED SOCIETY, rofl. Everyone’s always angry, wrapped up in drama and the such because as a nation, we do too damn much.

So, how does Subliminal Club respond? We release titles designed to help you navigate these tumultuous waters. If collective forces are going to drive a person to constant anxiety, we respond with titles focused on detachment, resilience, self-confidence, a calm and healthy nervous system (DR: Regeneration), proper health (Paragon), proper sleep (Paragon Sleep), mastery of a craft so that you’ll always be employed (HERO: The Light that Blinds), etc.

Spiritual thrill-seeking for the sake of just thrill-seeking using subliminal audio is not advised. There are those here who are also drawn to intense experiences, but (and I don’t like doing this, but it’s the perfect example), I have to give @bujin credit for how he explains why he is drawn to them, as seen on the Dragon Reborn: Regeneration thread. It is not intensity for the sake of intensity, he is using the intensity in a methodical and strategic manner. We are not going to judge anyone for this, even though I personally seek quiet and peaceful wisdom and experiences. I’m not going to be practicing astral projection and the such, blasting out of my body all the time, or holding meditation for hours at the time. I like the movement style Qigong, focusing on calming the body, and focusing on non-striving, letting my spiritual process play out softly.

Who is right, and who is wrong? I say neither. When I look at those two perspectives, I look beyond the outer form and see a commonality, and that commonality is the application of skill and focus to our chosen modalities to achieve a deeper spiritual life.

And that’s just that, man. Trying to push any title – spiritual or non-spiritual – to consistently generate “reality bending results” is a dangerous endeavor without a shockingly strong inner core. When I hear “reality bending results,” I sense destabilization, potential psychosis and more important, CRISIS. If a person cannot handle Zero Point at its current levels, why would we willingly create something “stronger?”

And how are we even defining “stronger?” Is stronger immediate, but destabilizing results, or a bit more long-term but fulfilling results?

Boom. And I understand that for many, the notion of doing 100 approaches a day is terrifying. That’s why we say to first notice the little signs of attraction, which builds confidence. Once that confidence is built (which the script is trying to help you do), you see incredible self-expression.

That being said, I think we got a lot out of those conversations and I am confident that we can deliver what’s being asked of us in GLM: The Commander.

Bliss is a trap that is very easy to be sold to the lost practitioner. It makes sense - feel good, must be good, right? And spirituality is often presented as just love, light, bliss, etc.

The truth is, to feel that bliss that is often touted as be all end all, you are burning up your own energy, rather than saving it for good use. It’s similar to watching porn - as you are essentially just burning up energy either way, with different dangers if you start taking it into the extremes. And what you described is exactly what ends up happening in the extremes.

Easy to sell, easy to start feeling very quickly - even a simple energy transfer is enough to have a practitioner feel it and go whooaa - add a dash of not knowing what they are doing (both the gurus and the lost practitioners) and a burning desire to progress, and you get droves of people burning themselves up internally by following these gurus.

It is further compounded by most modern people’s existing conditions and the problems caused by modern life. Way too overactive of a mind and heart leads to extremely common head blockages, especially as yogic methods are too common (and the first method for many people) and basically exacerbate these issues.

So, to summarize, I would advise avoiding anything of the sort:

  • Kundaliniz
  • “Opening your heart”
  • Blasting energy up into your head
  • Flopping between states of activity and depression
  • Bliss
  • Celibacy
  • Blindly following gurus
  • Following a mainstream guru (I don’t think I’ve ever seen any well-known guru that hasn’t been a D or an F on my personal mental tier list, with multiple factors taken into account such as personal attainment, method, lineage, knowledge possessed etc.)
  • Third eye, chakras, visualization
  • Super quick promised results with minimal hard work, especially selling items with supposed “power” for a high price (a “holy pendant” with an image on it for 200-10k USD won’t help your spiritual practice)
  • Aliens, galactic federation, anything with love and light next to it

The list goes on.

If you have the eyes to see and the inner intuition, all of it begins to have the same undercurrent of wrongness, and you become able to easily discern the false from the true. There are 10 thousand different ways around the mountain, but only one way to the peak - and that is up.

It’s important to not delude yourself into thinking you already have it, as many practitioners think they are special and that they do. Act as if you do not, and be highly skeptical.

Ultimately, there are much better ways of spiritual advancement, but they take time and effort to find. So put in that time and effort and don’t settle for just anything. Think long term, and deeply scrutinize any potential teacher or guru.

Do you want to be like them 10-20 years down the line?
Do they have signs of actual advancement?
Are they consistent on a long enough time-span?
Are your experiences objectively improving, or are you flip-flopping between highs and lows?
Are you blindly trusting them and holding on with hope that it gets better?

All such questions one should ask themselves, over and over again. Because ultimately, you have this life (and there are no absolute guarantees for the next one), and in this life you have one body, one spirit, one energetic system, one mind. Don’t gamble with it, and never let yourself be arrogant enough to think, as modern people like to say, that you are “him” and can take it.

Steady, gradual progress, with constant evaluation of the path you are on and hard work, with the good fortune and time put in to find a legitimate teacher, is the way up the mountain.

Great answer, thank you

I would add to the list anything that offers to teach you how to transcend your ego.

Indeed, that’s another one and a very common trap. The ego exists for a reason.

Mm, I guess right now I kind of don’t know how to communicate what exactly I was attempting to bring across because it is not exactly the perspective of what you think I said. I am sort of same in that I wish to align with wisdom, understanding, sanity and truth, to better ourselves in a way that is natural, feasible, balanced, grounded and healthy.

I do not seem to be able to get my point across properly with what I exactly meant. I seem to have this in my life in general and right now I am working hard on perception and how to communicate my perception more clearly with people understanding my points better.

Maybe Ill revisit this in a few months. I can say that I am blessed though that I am experiencing daily joy and laughter and am not tapped into whatever is happening in the daily groove of society. I live in my own little bubble of peace and am happy with that. But I strive for something above and beyond the mundane, I guess that is what I meant with profound. I am aching for something more and perhaps that just shows my preparation for that to happen now because of my inner feeling of readiness for something greater to happen in my life, a bigger transformation now that the preparatory work has been somewhat fulfilled and now that I feel pretty solid, grounded, balanced and consistent with my inner state.

Some of what you wrote in that list makes sense (like blindly following gurus etc.)

I understand the main point you try to make in here is to not get overloaded, harm yourself, scammed or deluding your path from attaining a higher state of consciousness(not making any real progress)… but packing all that stuff into one bag and deem them to be “just that” and recommend people to avoid them is not i would do.

With this logic someone skimming though SC products might avoid titles like Khan Black, Heartsong, Love Bomb or Love Bomb for Humanity…

Trust your intuition more, lol.

You have a lot self-awareness and intuition about yourself. Your last question and the one you had before, you got to the answer without needing anyone else’s input.

You don’t need to communicate to others, just process it.
