So, if it is indeed the Sanguine Core (without updated core name/art) as I think is being said here, then yes.

I think you got it backwards… The Elixir was upgraded and now its called Sanguine: The Elixir.
The OG Sanguine, will be updated later on.
In the Q Store, The Elixir core is the one thats (or will be) upgraded accordingly.

Amazing sub.
Been listening to HOM + Sanguine Elixir
SE has been… well… the best of Sanguine mixed with the best of Elixir.
Sanguine keeping me positive and reducing the recon of a dense sub like HOM,
Elixir helping heal the limiting beliefs stopping HOM from executing at its fullest - therefore making money manifestations come in much more powerfully than they have when I’ve ran HOM without SE

@RVconsultant is sanguine elixir similar to sanguine in that it can be listened to the day after you listen to a normal sub?

I have to do something. I make myself miserable by always expecting the worst. My Wife calls it having a catastrophic mentality or something. I’m not entirely sure where I got it from.
I probably plays a huge part in why I procrastinate

Yes sir! If you have access to a professional that’s always something to try. So many different things out there and they’ve definitely made advancements and progress into understanding things better. They could potentially steer you in the perfect direction.
I’m still at the early stages of SE. But I do have extensive runs with Sanguine in the past. It helps with this a ton.
In my opinion it’s not pessimistic mentality. That’s what it looks like from the outside. It’s really a coping mechanism to prepare for the blows life deals you. If you assume the worst, nothing can rug pull you and trigger that past trauma. But it’s a shitty way to live life.
SE seems perfect for it actually. Sanguine element to get you to embrace safety and stability, while elixir removes the negative coping mechanism.

Hey man, I do the same thing. Lots of catastrophic thinking, very hard on myself, high expectations, lots of procrastination.
I benefited a lot from finding a good therapist, and I recommend that to everyone. You should go for it, find one that your health insurance covers, or from a non-profit, and I swear it could help so much.
