Today I had recon at work from regen, my throat was hurting and I felt like crying and I was in a difficult but maneagable state⌠Called someone and cried⌠One of the interesting thing I notice is this very deep inner realization that when someone hurts me it has not much to do with the other person⌠But with my interpretation and the âalchemicalâ process of trauma release.
I know throat is very connected to fear⌠And more so with fear of speaking the truth.

Regeneration could help with depression but depends on what is causing the depression.
If it is a mental/emotional issue, then Regeneration could help. If it is purely physical, Paragon is better.
For IBS, Paragon is recommended.
So maybe a stack of Regeneration ZP + Paragon ZP + being monitored by your doctor.
The Dragon Reborn sales page does recommend having run a dense title like Emperor before running DR. But having run Regeneration could also help.
Maybe DR ZP will have new pre-requisites for running it since healing will be done in an entirely new way in the Zero Point rewrite of Dragon Reborn.

On the sales page it says that Regeneration has rebirth as a module. Is this the entire script from the stand alone title or is it similar but adapted to fit regeneration? And is this included in the ZP version?
ZP subs are stripped down to the bare necessities for the respective title. Youâll want to check with Support staff/ticket to be sure, but Iâm leaning toward Regen ZP not including Rebirth.
As for the Regeneration standalone/store title, yes it should include full Rebirth (though it MAY be tweaked somehow to better support the goals of Regenaration)

Ok thanks for getting back to me. I know the ZP titles have been stream lined and focused but wasnât sure by how much. Iâll write a support ticket I think.

do you guys think that Regeneration helps with being in the now where you are more aware of everything around you? so basically silencing the monkey mind?
and is regeneration an easy title to run or does it cause a lot of recon?

It seems that it depends on the person. One thing everybody seems to agree on is that doing a run of it is highly beneficial. Any recon is only temporary and should it be encountered, youâll be wise to remember is completely worth it.
So far from what I remember from reading the posts is that someone got a quiet mind from Primal Seduction as it got them out of their head and into their body.

yes @SaintSovereign mentioned that he was discussing it with @Fire to make Regeneration a recommendation for people who are new to subs. Iâm looking forward to see what he will say in the future about regeneration and why he would recommend it for beginners. I already own but havenât tried it yet. I have to stay strong so I donât switch.

A year ago, the first time I played Regeneration Q, I had a strange dream. In it I got caught in a crossfire in which seemed to be a past life. I got shot in my throat on the left side and died.
When I woke up, I had pain in just that spot for 2 daysâŚ

I was watching Gabor Mate and a question came into my mind. You guys said thay when creating Emperor HOM you guy contacted a historian to build a sub related to trading etc. Same with Mogul. So when creating Regeneration did you contact any trauma experts or did you took your trauma healing approach from a method.

You mean how to get back to Source and pure essence? 
I wonder if a sub like Regen can do that/something similar. Removing most of the beliefs, wrong mindsets, etc. and just operate from your soul?
I think in order to achieve that, itâs necessary to dissolve the belief structure that says âIâm a limited entityâ, which has different layers (on a mental level, as a sense of being someone living in the head; on a physical level as a sense of being someone living in the world etc.). Focusing on healing in general probably wonât get you there. Healing and awakening compliment each other, but they are not the same.
I too am interested in a sub that would focus on one goal - dissolving this limited self structure and recognizing your true unlimited nature.

I guess you would do well with interchanging stacks.
Regen and Alchemist/Sage Immortal going forward.
Chosen works well in there, too.
Stacking them directly or switching Regen and SG might be the play. Definitely something I am thinking of trying.
