the book: “love yourself like your life depends on it” is a very good book on this topic. it is a short book but very powerful. when I followed the instructions in the book about loving myself I reached a bliss state after a few days just like the author said. this is a state I could not reach with any other method including meditation. It is about constantly telling yourself to love yourself. I guess if you incorporate this kind of stuff into the sub (if you haven’t already) it will be very powerful.
