Alright then
So basically, I have a habit of sometimes working out with no music and just being free with my thoughts (I use noise cancellation on my headphones to block sounds) and I just let myself drown in the thoughts, doing this helps me bring out what I really want to do and access thoughts I wouldn’t be able to normally, as those specific thoughts need me to enter a specific state (high flow).
When doing that, you should try to think about what your current “wants” are and question them with questions like: why do you want them? what will you do after getting those things? how will those things make you feel? what will you do after that? is it really worth it?
if you answered the last question as yes, then ask yourself: how badly do you want it?
When you do this, you should be able to find answers about your true desires.
Note: you don’t have to necessarily do it while working out, however, I find it to be the easiest way to get into that state without doing something that will require as much thinking
