Aaaaaaand we’re good to go. New box is setup, requires less manual intervention and monitoring and SHOULD process faster. First ones are going out today and will continue throughout the week.

Are you processing standard customs as well or is staff doing those. Is there a backlog with standard customs?

I’m only 3 business days in, I’m not complaining, just curious. Did you ever get it to be automated.

No backlog. QTKS is on it’s own machine and it’s automated enough that anyone can jump on and handle it.

Hey @SaintSovereign or @Fire any updates on the support ticket with number is 17128? It’s about the QTKS order that got canceled but I still got charged for.

Would you check my order? I am wondering if it got picked up.
