Are you processing standard customs as well or is staff doing those. Is there a backlog with standard customs?
I’m only 3 business days in, I’m not complaining, just curious. Did you ever get it to be automated.
My mistake – yours is actually going through now.
No backlog. QTKS is on it’s own machine and it’s automated enough that anyone can jump on and handle it.
Hey @SaintSovereign or @Fire any updates on the support ticket with number is 17128? It’s about the QTKS order that got canceled but I still got charged for.
