A little manifestation to report before going to bed.

Honestly don’t know if its from my QTKS custom containing Emperor and QL, or from me running Wanted Black.

Under any circumstances, the QTKS custom has kicked everything up a gear or two.

I went to a social gathering. Have been in recon from overexposure for most of the day, but the fog had lifted and I felt invincible, which is more or less my current default after starting QTKS and the STKS titles.

After talking to a couple of my good friends I noticed a group of 4 - three girls and one guy that I know - looking at me as if DiCaprio had entered the room. I sit down and talk to them, and the guy tells me that they have “very great news for me”.

I’ve only talked to the hottest of the three girls briefly a few times before, but she tells me that one of her friends is getting married to a billionaire, and that she wants me to be her date for the wedding. The wedding is taking place on another continent, so we are talking about being flown out first class and share a room at a luxury hotel. It was kinda obvious that we were going to have sex as well.

Unfortunately it is in the middle of another trip I have planned for a long time, so I’ll see if I can move things around, but pretty great night under any circumstances.

What kind of long term safety concerns? From the research I’ve done, having low Testosterone is a much worse outcome than the potential negative side effects of TRT… which seem pretty minimal unless you want to have children in your 50s? Biggest concern with TRT has always been fertility.

Check out Enclomiphene Citrate, doesn’t increase DHT which is the reason for hair loss.

This just gave me an idea for a custom that has WB, IC and RICH. Though it’d be the only thing related to wealth in the whole title…

RICH had some awesome stuff occur in my short runs of it but never became part of my long-term stack simply because the key area to focus on has had to do with people and relationships rather than career/money (though I did run CHOSEN for 6 months last year when I was working towards a big career goal).

What would be your recommendation about my next listening times?

On Tuesday I had my first 3 min of my first QTKS custom.
Two rest days and tomorrow I wanna try both my QTKS customs for 3 min each. Then again 2 rest days and the same pattern of two customs on the same day for maybe 5 min each.

next time maybe 7 minutes each, so on and so forth, and maybe I will come to 15 min with 2 minutes increment.
What would be your recommendation?
I am not sure If I just stay for 7 min or go further 9, 11, 13, 15.

From the first listening, I did not see any recon or something bad happened to me.

Honestly I’ve learnt less is more.

I started on my QTKS custom with 3 minutes, did that another time, went to 5, 7 and then 15 because I was eager. I probably would say the way I felt on the lower scale 3-5 was better than me using the full 15 minute loops because I stopped feeling it once I went higher and added KB to my stack which I also used for a lower number and then jumped to 15 and got recon from.

Personal experience would be to stick to 3-5 (maybe 7) however if you’re finding you’re not getting recon then sure bump it up but only if it works for you.

Just the one rest day in-between each day. But I think I’m gonna start taking weekends off.

And what is your overall stack? I assume that QTKS is not the only one in your stack.
