Yes and with the hope of reduced reconciliation. Considering some of the reconciliation you might have had in the past, I would urge caution for you. As in 1 loop. Take a rest day and notice. Unless that conflicts with any official recommendations from @SaintSovereign and @Fire.

New charge, as far as I understand it. Free upgrade to Qv2 is for new customs.
Too bad DR Qv2 doesn’t come out today. Looks like it will happen on one of my rest days
